Enterprise provided excellent service at their Brewster office. Although the vehicle I had did have high mileage, 46k it ran great. Thanks again for providing excellent quality service.

While my car was in the shop, my Enterprise rental experience was excellent! Employees were helpful and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the vehicle pickup and drop off policy.

I’ve had two experiences with this particular location, Christian was amazing each time. The first time I called, my wife and son were experiencing car problems and I was 2500 miles away. He took care of the the rental immediately and made all of us feel taken care of. The car was very clean, safe new and affordable. Most of all, Christian knew what he was doing and I felt good from 2500 miles away that my wife and son had a safe and dependable car to drive.
The second experience was less dramatic, I just needed a car, he was kind and friendly, I had a good selection of cars to choose from, just remember it’s a very small location, if you’re wanting a premium SUV or something like that, call ahead and see if they can have one for you. My wife had a very nice Mazda SUV, I had the choice of a Hyundai Santa Fe, an Outlander or a Subaru Outback. I chose the Outback, which had all the comforts along with 27 MPG . The main takeaway was the customer service, call Christian.

I have never been treated so well by a Car Rental Agency. Branch Manager Christian Curanaj was very detailed, patient, and went out of his way on more then one occasion to ensure I was able to keep my trip on the dates I needed. Whenever I see a Manager or Owner doing the work of a lower ranking staff member, I am always highly impressed. Christian exchanged several emails with me, offered me 24/7 personal help if needed, and gave me a price that was beyond fair. I no longer have any other reason to support another Car Rental Company. For such a small transaction, I was treated like royalty.

Highly recommend this Enterprise!! The guys took really good care of me when I had to drive down to PA and back..They made sure I was set up in a comfortable and reliable car for the trip. I’ve rented cars before at different Enterprise branches and they weren’t as nice/caring. I will be here again!

Around 10 AM 11/22/23 - my family went to enterprise to pick up a car we had already confirmed online. My elderly parents walked in and were told their options were. cRV(a vehicle we own) and a Toyota 4 runner. Neither of these was the car we confirmed. During this, another man is being serviced, and when asked to make a payment, he wants to put down, both a credit and debit card. At this moment the Enterprise Employee becomes enraged - and tells him he doesn't have to rent this man anything - simply because the man didn't understand way he couldn't accept his forms of payment. Mind you this man has been renting from this location for 17 years, as he stated to the disgruntled employee. The employee then calls the police on this patron - and tells my elderly parents to get out of the store, when the police entered. However, he did not tell another gentlemen sitting in the lobby to exit the premises. The unprofessional treatment my parents received as well as the patron who had the cops called on him tell reveal one thing about that employee that is obvious in his flustered state he exuded a complete disregard for common decency and treated us like animals. Enterprise lost a customer that day. I'll let you guess what my family and the man who had the police called on him had in common

I rented from Brewster NY. Their customer service was exquisite ?From the day I picked up the car to the day I dropped it off. There was a small problem with the car and I called 2 days later and spoke with Christian on the phone. I believe he's a supervisor. He helped solve the problem immediately and with ease. I will definitely rent from them again.
