worst nail salon i have been to. i came in for a UV gel set removal. i asked her to soak off, she said she can’t. instead she roughly used the electric file, burning me several times. at the end she was not able to completely remove it all. i also came in for a gel pedicure. the lady only hosed down my feet instead of giving me a pedicure. i left with my cuticles still a mess and a very lumpy gel application. during checkout i expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction and i was charged full price and given ridiculous explanations for the job horribly done.

Very nice customer service here, I almost never wait... walk in and they help me right away. I've gone to a few nail salons in the area and this one is my go to number one!! I gave them 4 not 5 start because it would be nice to see them wash hands after each customer..especially after pedicures.

When I saw the reviews, I was hesitant to come. But being that my daughter had recommended the place I came to see for myself. This is my experience. I called the same day and set up an appointment with them in the afternoon. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and immediately sat down to be served for my manicure. They offered and explained their selection of services. They have a variety of prices to meet your needs. I find them to be reasonable. The person (a man) that did my hands was very gentle and did a very nice job on my nails. Right after I was done, they prepared me for the pedicure which I enjoyed very much. I loved the fact that they used a plastic protecting the little sauna where they clean your feet and their seats give massages! All the tools were sanitized and everything was cleaned. The young lady that did the pedicure was very gentle and did a great job on my legs and feet. It was worth the price of the pedicure package. All the staff was very courteous and nice. They used Covid-19 regulations as well. No complaints whatsoever. Overall, I recommend this place.Services: Pedicure

The worst!!! I sat with the female owner of the place. I needed to soak off my gel nails and get a new set. As anyone knows this is a process that takes time. you have to soak, file, soak, file, etc. She wanted so badly to rush me that she used a metal tool that she wedged in between my real and fake nail and proceeded to peel it off, causing horrible pain and layers to come off my real and already thin nail. I literally jumped at the pain to which she seemed annoyed and tried to do it again. I said 'NO, please soak off and file'. She then immediately began talking to her coworker/husband in another language. It was so obvious they were talking about me, which made me even more uncomfortable. I ended up leaving after she soaked them off and went somewhere else to finish and get a new set. Dont go here-all they care about is getting paid and turning seats, not about safety or quality. Horrible place.Services: Gel manicure

so i asked for the length and shape of the nails in the picture from instagram. as you can see the length was not as desired. the man did my nails, he was extremely rough, he filed my skin with the nail filer and buffer until i bled, when he noticed the blood he buffed it away causing more PAIN. go somewhere else unless you want something basic. and i paid 50 for a set of regular acrylic which is ridiculous in its self. the friend i went in with asked for purple and they gave her baby pink. super unsatisfied should be a no star option.Service: Acrylic nails

Called to make an appointment for 6:20 mind you they close at 7:30 and was told no that’s to late to make an appointment. I went to cosmetology school for a simple color and a full set should not take well over and hour for them to deny me. Worst place would not recommend going. Buy poly gel on Amazon and do it your self! Very angry customerService: Manicure

they are very slow but neat but there free massage when your drying your nails is so quick its mainly just 45 seconds i have counted when the free massage should be more like 7 or 8 mins.
