Close to incompetent but FriendlyWent way down hillWas lied to. Bring it by we have time.Drove machine 3 hrs to them. Sat outside 5 weeks was told they only have 1 tech. I have a dozen machines and I know how to fix but no time , will do myself next timeWon’t be buying another from them either Total run around.

I received quick and friendly help from the staff at Hermans. The Techs were quick to offer help loading my ATV back onto the trailer after they serviced it. This past weekend I took the ATV for a ride and felt confident it had been serviced properly.

I am 81 years old and my car died just as I was approaching Herman's on route 22. I pulled in and asked if I could park until a tow truck came. It was 5 pm traffic time. The staff and the owners wife were compassionate, kind and asked me if I needed help while I awaited a tow. If any of my grandkids wants an ATV, I am telling them to see you. Thank you.
