Wanted to like this place. Open 24/7, I like that. Easy street parking right in front. Small space inside. Not particularly clean. I did arrive at 6am, but the items left on the counters appeared to have been gathering dust for mote than a fee hours. Spent just over 2 hours there and never saw anyone resembling an employee. Machines take quarters & some have capabilities to swipe your credit card. And herein lies the rub! Looked at my Amex acct today to see that I was charged $15 for each load of wash that I did in the $7 machines. If it had happened once I would say could be a simple honest mistake. However, when you have 5 separate transactions each for $15 all roads lead to shadyville! Dispute opened with Amex. Yes, they did have a working change machine in the place and I should have used cash. Regardless, it does not justify scamming customers. Best case scenario for people who own this place is that they are so far removed from the daily operations of their store that they don't see multiple fraudulent transactions taking place every day in their establishment. I've never heard of a $15 per load washing machine, but if one exists I would hope that drying folding and a happy ending are included in the price.
Edit to reply to owner comments. I am aware how credit card holds, pending charges and actual charges work. The charges from your laundromat came in as $15 each and stayed that way for over 24 hours until they posted as charges for $15 each. Credit card companies will not allow customers to dispute pending charges. You need to wait until the charges post. Sure enough your $7 machines charged me $15 a pop. If it happened one time I could see it being an honest mistake, but 4 times in a row its not an accident. I might be the first person to notice the inflated charges. I am certain I am not the first to be charged more than double the advertised prices on the machines. Don't you reciew your sales and transactions at the end of each day? Wouldn't it be a red flag to you seeing $15 transactions when the most expensive machine in your place is $8? Why didn't you correct this issue on your end? You can see your sales. Why didn't you offer or just initiate a partial refund to me? By your confrontational reply to my
review, and then your later deletion of that comment you know exactly when I came to and when I left your establishment. You can easily access the sales for that time as I was the only customer there at the time. I Cant manipulate your listed prices, nor can Amex. Only
You or someone else who you employ could possibly do that.
Your reply to my 100% fair and honest review of your business shows just what you think of your customers. I am removing your 2nd star. I was being generous with that. Your customer service skills leave much to be improved upon never mind your complete lack of morals or ethics. Good day, sir

What a great find!I went to this place because our washer broke. I was very happy to find this place. It is very small but the place is clean and all the machines look brand new. Overall very pleased.

This is a fantastic laundromat! It is impeccably clean—the machines, the folding tables, and the laundry carts. Bonus that the bathroom, floors and common space is well kept too! All of the machines are working well and if a machine is out of order it’s clearly marked and fixed by the time I return.There is a vending machine for soaps and softener and parking right in front (cute signs I wish I took a photo of, “laundromat parking only, violators will be spun dry”. The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly and it’s never too busy when I’ve been, so plenty of machines to use.

It is a nice laundry mat where you can get food next door and do laundry with password protected wifi and a place to charge the phone. However a bit small and tight to maneuver when it is crowded.
