Lia Honda Brewster Service Center always takes great care of my car! Their schedule is flexible, the waiting area is comfortable and clean, and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve worked with Kira, Chris, and Kole who were all wonderful. Not to mention I get a free car wash whenever I bring my vehicle in!

My trips to Lia Honda for routine maintenance are never enjoyable since it can take a very long time. The last couple of times, Jon Ayala serviced my car and provided by far the best customer service that I've received in the past few years of going there. Yes, the service still takes 2-3 hours but he checks in with me (it's out of his control), and hears my concerns. I appreciate that he quickly jumped into action with a pending issue I had. His help, attitude, and initiative is very much appreciated and noticed. Thanks Jon!

I go out of my way to get my services done at Lia in Brewster because of Kevin Feldman. Honest & trustworthy, He communicates clearly & truly cares.. He does all he can in the name of good service. On top of that, a lot of other friendly faces around and clean service reception area go a long long way. Thanks Kevin! **Warning about your add-on package with a new car. The post was/is 5 stars and it will remain that way, with a stellar review afterward if I can get some real help after their PAST/GONE, thank goodness, finance guy lied horribly to me. Not only about where I can get my maintenance package done (yeah it's not "every Honda dealership in the USA", only LIA HONDA auto, and yes they do expire. I'd have to drive hundreds of miles for an oil change and tire rotation package that I purchased when I bought my brand-new car from him. Thank god new ownership got rid of him. I doubt he quit, he loved talking about his Bengal cat and bringing it in while he sold you extra packages... BUT Kira, the service manager, was very helpful in explaining it, with no lies included, and told me who to contact and how sorry she was. If you purchased a package from Lia Honda, specifically RYAN (hopefully fired and not quit), and haven't been to a different Honda dealership (god forbid you move into a new home), be prepared for it NOT to be honored if it's not Lia; ZURICH was very helpful in this matter, I am so pleased... I will find out what happens with Lia Brewster and my post will reflect that. Stay tuned. I hope to remain as happy with them as I was in the beginning.

STAY AWAY!!! I brought in my 2017 Civic because the A/C stopped blowing cold air. I got a call late the next afternoon apologizing that they forgot to look at the car. About twenty minutes later, I receive a text message with a $3,680 estimate. Wow! The only reason I sent my car to Honda in the first place was because I found out the A/C condenser had an extended warranty. Turns out they replaced it in 2021 when I brought in my car for an issue with the electronic rear parking break. I picked up my car from Honda the next day and was charged a $174 diagnostic fee. Oh, and they said they rotated my tires … I have two custom security lug nuts on each wheel … so how were the wheels removed? So, I called a mechanic I trust (family friend) with the issues Honda found: “A/C compressor found leaking, A/C clutch and coil advised for replacement due to being oil soaked from A/C refrigerant leak.” My mechanic said when Honda replaced the A/C condenser in 2021 they did a very poor job and he found a broken wire in a wire harness from the work performed. This was the issue. He also said were no oil leaks! $650 dollars later my A/C is working perfectly.Service: A/C installation & repair

The service department at Lia Honda in Brewster is the absolute worst!!! I have been a customer for almost 20 years and have purchased numerous cars from them. My last three experiences with the service department have been less than satisfactory. Their response is always the same - some service worker called out today and we are running behind. Its a pathetic excuse that has grown old over the last several years. You would think they could come up with a new excuse. They supposedly changed the oil on my husbands car and they never did so during an emergency his oil light came on and he had no oil at all. Luckily it didn't ruin his engine. They have no customer service whatsoever - I guess they forget that without the customer they have no business. Such a shame - it used to be good service, sales and customer service company. I'm not sure about sales since covid as I haven't purchased a new car since before it. I used to get a new car every two years. Service and customer service are definitely terrible and I'll be taking my business elsewhere for sales and service - speaks volumes that a customer for almost 20 years would no longer want to do business with them. But it goes to show that they no longer take care of their customers.

I had a wonderful experience at LIA Honda of Brewster recently when I brought my CIVIC 2.0L in for servicing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor by Kira Bueti at the front desk who helped me check in.The service itself was outstanding - my car runs smoothly and feels like new again after receiving an oil change and brake fluid replacement. It was clear that the technicians took great care in servicing my vehicle and paid attention to every detail.To top it all off, my car was returned to me sparkling clean after receiving a thorough car wash. The level of care and attention to detail that was put into my service experience was truly exceptional.I would highly recommend LIA Honda of Brewster to anyone in need of quality car servicing. Kira at the front desk deserves a special shoutout for her outstanding customer service skills. Made appointment on web site, arrived promptly. I was greeted with a smile and had requested service/cost explained to me. Waited for service to be completed. Coffee and water provided in waiting area, I wish Lia would bring back the little free snacks section as I thought that was a nice touch.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Highly do not recommend this place. Just another sketchy dealership full of professional liars. We went to pick up a car everything was taken care of and ready to go and as they handed us a pen to sign the papers oh by the way the car isn't actually certified and if you want it certified it's gonna cost a few thousands dollars to replace "aftermarket" pieces that magically appeared day of signing that none of their employees were able to identify for however long the car was there and the week process of us purchasing it? Riiight. The car was listed as certified preowned on their website, one of the managers stated when they receive cars they automatically list them as certified "while in the process of being certified before they know if it can be certified or not" so watch out for their false advertising. Just a bunch of bs, the car was certified based on miles, year and advertised on the their Honda website. Too good to be true to deal with honest straightforward people, they just had to try to scam us out of a few thousand dollars. And of course when we said we didn't want it anymore they changed their tune at the last second and said we could have it certified for the original price and followed us out to our car begging to offer something to change our minds. Don't waste your time here. Misleading, untrustworthy, and will obviously try to take advantage if they think you're an idiot, desperate, or won't stand up for yourself.

Kevin Feldman at Brewster Lia Honda is a gem! He explains everything you know, not in a pushy sales-man kinda of way, tried hard to work with you and offer available options/promos/discounts. Great guy! Hope I get him again next time I go.
