10 stars! Excellent experience working with Michael! As stressful as a car accident can be, Michael was incredibly knowledgeable with helping to navigate the process of repairing and getting me back into my car. He was more responsive than my own insurance company adjuster was when I had questions and made sure that my car came back to me in just as good of condition as the day I first purchased it. If I were ever need auto body work again I will definitely be using Lisi’s Auto Body in the future. Thanks!

If you want excellent service and your car to look like new, go to Lisi's Auto Body! Michael dealt with the insurance company, claim and payment for us and was easy to contact with any questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and our car looks amazing!

I backed into a parking bollard which crushed my right rear side door and scratched the rear quarter panel. Mike didn’t just fix the damage he had Subaru replace a faulty battery that was under warranty, detailed the car and showed the highest professional craftsmanship possible. If high quality work matters to you, this is the shop to go to.

My car didn’t start up so I called Lisi’s they explained how much it would cost, the driver Bill who came out was friendly, personable and charged my battery on the side of the road. He told me how to get reimbursed by insurance and was very professional.

We had a major issue with my wife's car (large branch through the windshield and dashboard). The car was towed to Lisi's and from minute one the communication and follow up was excellent. When we picked up the car, a thorough walk around showed that a car that looked brand new. The work at Lisi's is excellent, and I recommend them 100%.

Michael Lisi is one of a kind in the collision business. Frankly what sets him apart are two things. First, he's honest. Where so many are trying to upsell and rip someone off, this man is trying to help you get your vehicle back on the road. The second thing is that he takes pride in his work. I brought my car in as a total wreck. I was worried that it was totaled. The claims assessor was adamant that the car could only be restored at value with used parts. Michael Lisi saved the resale value of my car. He negotiated all new parts for the car. At no extra charge he also repaired damage that was entirely unrelated to what I brought the car in for and cleaned the interior when I didn't even ask. My car now looks literally better than when I bought it. I can't recommend Lisi enough and I am sure I will use them for all of my future Subaru needs!

Lisi’s Auto body towed and repaired my son’s car after it was in an accident. I live in another state and was concerned how everything would go. Renee and Mike made this difficult situation much more manageable and pleasant! They worked with the ins company and communicated often and clearly through the process. My son’s car was repaired and delivered in promt time. My experience with Lisi’s was very good. Can’t say enough good things about Renee and Mike. Very satisfied

Brought my car in for body repair after an accident. The rusults are fantastic. My 2023 Crosstrek looked betterthan showroom. I highly recommend them as you will be in very great hand!
