We had been having an issue with one of our machines that our regular service company couldn't seem to fix. Medicanix sent someone out to evaluate and diagnose our machine in a timely manner, and although the issue resolved itself the day before, their friendly technician took down all pertinent info and asked us to send a video if it happened again. He was professional, and freely shared his expertise and advice with us. We will definitely be using this company in the future for our maintenance needs!

I have used this company for many years. Many years ago when the father owned the company they were good and fairly priced. Through the years as the son took over the business they got bigger, not as good , have more technicians and more expensive. Some of their technicians are good some are not . I had a small leak with my suction. They came fast . Cleaned a part . Still leaked the same. Came back replaced a part that they cleaned . Part cost $75 . Theyy should have changed part right away. I was charged over $ 800 for 2 visits because of this . . A joke. Still leaked the same . They came 2 more times still leaked. They wanted to replace the part they put in . I said forget it I will put a container under part . Istill had same small leak as I started with. I would Never use them again.
