IAM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE OF M&T BANK.I WENT IN THE BANK LAST WEEK AND I NEED HELP WITH MY IRA ACCOUT THIS WAS CONNECTED TO THE STOCK MKT. SO I HAD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH A PERSON THAT DEALS WITH THAT ACCOUNT. THE PERSON SPOKE WITH IN THE BANK EMAIL THIS PERSON TO CONTACT ME THAT DAY AT 2'CLOCK SO I WENT HOME AND WAITED FOR THAT PHONE CALL BUT IT NEVER CAME. I WAITED THE NEXT DAY FOR THAT PHONE CALL NEVER CAME.IAM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS BANKS SERVICE. IAM SO ANGRY I WANT TO TAKE ALL MY MONEY OUT OF THIS BANK.THIS PERSON WHO WAS TO CONTACT ME SHOULD LOSE HIS JOB.. TERRIBLE CUST SERV PERSON. THATS ALL I HAVE TO SAY

An appointment means show up, if you're late, the next customer is served. The bank rep said she did us a favor by taking us???. No, you're doing your job. Uprooting us to serve the late comer was rude and unprofessional. All I needed were bank statement printouts. The tellers were worse one on the left loudly asking for social security number, the one on the right has bank account customer service loudly on speaker phone, loudly she says, ..."is your email, *******", so all can hear. Give over the phone bank customer service a 10 star rating, in bank service poorly rated 1 star.

The people at M&T are so friendly! Everyone is eager to help out and get you taken care of quickly. I use both the Brewster & Carmel branch and it is so convenient. Would recommend to any friends or family!

We do our banking here and most of the associates are very helpful. However, if you have to deal with the tellers it's another story. There is always an incredibly long line and they move very slowly. They will just leave you waiting for 5 to 10 minutes without acknowledging your presence or greeting you in anyway. If you have to stop in for any type of banking plan on being thereat least 20 minutes.
