The woman who cut my hair was very nice and friendly, but the haircut was a disaster. I asked for multiple layers, but there is only one layer of short hair and long hair and it's extremely choppy and uneven, but when she styled it in the salon I did not see how awfully uneven it was. It's so noticeable I cannot straighten my hair and have been wearing it wavy/up ever since. The stylists at Cool Styles are nice, but if you're looking for a professional haircut, go someplace else.

Tracy is AMAZING. She is so wonderful with my son - who would rather be at the dentist than get his hair cut. She is professional, friendly and a gifted stylist. Highly recommend.

My daughter went in for a haircut today after my recommendation and was in shock to hear one of the hairdressers (tattoo on her neck) talking trash about Democrats, BLM and immigrants with one of her clients. Everyone has a right to their opinion but seriously at a hair salon? This is the place you go to relax and detach yourself for a moment while getting a haircut. So inconsiderate and unaware of others and where they come from.

Went here for first time and I'm quite disappointed after local friends raved about the business. I went in for a cut shorter in the back longer in the front with underlying highlights and root job. The color was okay yet barely visible highlight color, but acceptable. The cut on the other hand was not good at all. My hair in the back was uneven which prompted me to go back the same day shortly after leaving the shop to have it evened out and even then after going in to get the cut corrected it is still uneven. I will have to find another salon in the area to correct the hair cut after $150 for the dye job and cut.

Brought my 1 1/2 year old son here. Tracy was extremely friendly and patient with him, since he isn't the biggest fan of getting his hair cut at the moment. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their children's hair cuts. It's clean and very kid friendly!! Looking forward to our next visit!!!

Monica is amazing. I have been to her twice now and my hair has never looked so good. She knows color and how to cut curly hair. She is a 40 minute drive from me but well worth it. I will never let another woman touch my hair.
