I have used this UPS store for the last 8 years and NEVER had a problem. They have always been professional and courteous. They NEVER once lost or misplaced a package. Keep up the excellent and I will be back again!

I called for 5 months about a P.O. box, I was told I would get a call back 5 times and never heard from them. I ended up getting a box from usps.

This place is stealing packages. I dropped off an Amazon package and it never reached its destination. I misplaced my receipt so they cannot help me whatsoever. But they did tell me to call Amazon and tell them I do have a receipt and they will issue a refund.

On hold for an hr then when I CALLED back they said the same thing they said before being put on hold "can u hold o. A couple mins we have a couple customers " no apology for the hr just very nasty ur gonna have to call back.. and meanwhile I'm HEARING someone's child talking to someone saying" mom try one of these they are frEEz dried skittles " I'm am livid looking for district managers number

This place closes 15 minutes before 1pm on Saturday which is really annoying. Walked in to return a cable modem and lady said she can’t do it because it will go over 1pm and she needed to leave. We’ll lock your doors and put up the close sign don’t wait for me to walk into the store to tell me that. Second time I’ve had issues this with ups.

Store closed on a Tuesday probably using snow as an excuse. Not even that much snow. Ate at McDonald’s, got my coffee at Dunkin…literally everything else open.

They go above and beyond to help their customers in a Temporary space until the new location is complete. They are always friendly and professional every time I have done business with them.

Used the notary service the Brewster UPS store. The staff was professionally, courteous, helpful and fast. Highly recommend this location. Not all locations have notary services which I found out the hard way so check the locations’s website to verify what services it provides.

There is NO UPS STORE HERE!!!!!!! Since my day was scheduled around stopping here it pretty much ruined the day. Some basic decency would post this store as "closed".

Today was the second AND LAST time I go to this particular UPS temp store. I don’t know who the guy behind the counter is but he needs lessons in customer service. He’s always so curt and just plain nasty! Seems like he either doesn’t like his job orrrrr he doesn’t like people that look like me! I’ll pray for him but I’ll give my business to another store!
