Just spent over $30k on a tractor. Called parts and asked for the oil filter part number. The guy claimed he was the owner and wouldnt give it. He offered no reason except he was attempting to force me to purchase from him. This is like a $30 part where I just spent over $30000 a few months ago doing business with them.

I am giving them one star for the building! Stay away they only want to deal with the new tractor market I tryed to get a hydrylic hose made for my 74 Ford 4000 detent valve the parts salesman kept on pulling up pictures on the computer told me I need my front end loader model number and that my tractor is 48 years old! God forbid if I asked them about Parts for my 1940 9N! ...... Thank You and good bye! Came in for a replacement hydraulic hose, the guys at Westchester Tractor were able to make a replacement hose with same connectors in under 10 minutes. Friendly, helpful staff. Would go again.
