This is review is for the 11/26/2023 at 4:24pm shift. Has 1 star bc I can’t post with zero or negative.Sitting at AT&T store for help with lifetime warranty on the screen protection and help with an Apple Watch. 1 woman is at the desk out front asleep, the only man working sits down to watch tv and the woman who is supposedly going to help us can’t answer a single question. Redirects to order screen protector online. Asked for her to walk us through the process and indicates she doesn’t know how to. I asked her to help with issues downloading apps on watch and she also can’t help. When I ask for their names, none of the employees are willing to give their names after I call to their attention that they were not helpful. They didn’t have name tags on which made it hard to confirm if they were all even employees.The woman that was asleep at the desk was on break and as I clarified for them, she should be in the back if she’s going to sleep. And for the guy that is sitting watching tv, I’m sure there is stock to put away, store to be cleaned, items in display to be disinfected.After driving for 40 mins to get their support, it was a disappointment.

If you're tired of bad service and considering leaving AT&T, go see Raphael in Ossining. He took the time (and had the patience) to look up my account and explain all of my options. What a treasure. As long as he's with AT&T, my family will be with AT&T!

I bought my iphone there last year and went back there to ask the salesperson a question about it. She said she couldn't help me because she had an Android. Needless to say, I won't be getting my next phone there.

I had an unpleasant experience in this store. Employee with a big bushy beard was very condescending to me from the very beginning of our interaction. My husband and I decided to take our business elsewhere. Advice for employee...try listening instead of lecturing. Be mindful of how you sound. From my perspective, you sounded like a misogynist.

Customer service at that store was top notch, the advisor Mike was excellent and very thorough. Answered all of my questions and even helped with my phone transfer. I will definitely send all my friends and family there.

nov 1st i go here to upgrade to the 13 pro max. nov 10th they ordered me the wrong phone when i got a paper for the order it read 13 pro. bruh they ordered the wrong phoneso nov 13th comes and i return the phone and they said they ordered the right one. nov 23rd or today my dad tells me that he called att and there was never an order placed for the new phone and im paying for a phone that i dont even have...so now after ive already wasted 3+ weeks of my time were here to actually make sure they ordered the phone which they are doing nowwe just got a receipt and they are solving everything now but its just unnecessary hassle in the first place

All these reviews are fake. The store manager jokingly mentioned he asked all his friends to write a “few” reviews. Which means they were fake which is probably why I had horrible customer service. This store is a joke. Don’t go here, save yourself the headache.

Upon entering the store my father and I were kindly greeted by Quincy. We were unhappy with our prior phone carrier and he was very knowledgeable and patient whilst explaining all the products and services. Highly recommend you go see Quincy if you’re considering switching to AT&T.Thank you for your excellent service. I will certainly be back.

My mother and I visited this AT&T store, which is actually farther away from our other AT&T store, because Quincy's service is AMAZING!!! He's intelligent, serviceable, knowledgeable—not to mention, down to earth, sweet and funny! Please go to his store and see him for all of your AT&T needs! You—like me—may even switch to AT&T yourself. Trust me; it's worth it. :)
