I just got my nails done yesterday and I am honestly not impressed my nail came off completely today and my toes are completely smudged due to putting top coat on too quickly and not allowing enough time for my nail color to dry.

This salon is terrific. Fantastic manicure every time, pedicures are also great. Long lasting, too. I've tried most places in the area and this beats them all.

Very friendly and courteous, also a very clean place. I wanted to try out a place nearby where I lived. But they didn't have a ton of color options for dip powder. Dip powder was $50, $65 for ombré whereas the one I went in white plains was $40. They also only used 2 layers so the nail ended up really thin. It was a neat job but the overall product just doesn't feel quality and it wasn't really in the color I was looking for. It feels like I used regular nail polish and for $50 I was quite disappointed. I think I just wanted a more luxurious feel for the amount of money I was spending. The dip powder I had at WP lasted me 4 weeks and just felt like really high quality nails. It was thickener, smoother, and sturdy. I might just redo my nails in a week or two elsewhere. But their gel might be better, who knows!

Lovely local nail salon with quality products, talented staff and clean & safe environment. The entire staff adhere to COVID safety protocols and continue to wear masks (even if a majority of their patrons do not at this point)- very much appreciated as I have multiple close family members that are immunocompromised.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Would go back as it's better than some around my neighborhood.

Sooooo happy the owner has more technicians. Once they learn the craft, they are going to be a competitive force in this area. Good luck ladies. I really like this business.

FINALLY a nail salon in the Briarcliff/Ossining area that is not over priced, has great service, is clean, pays attention to detail and has super friendly staff and owners. We made an appointment through yelp and when we arrived they had set up our pedicure chairs with our names on them, and they even put all the gel manicure colors on the pedicure chair for me to go through for my mani afterwards. So thoughtful and made us feel so special! The owner was checking in on everyone the entire time we were there, too. Great customer service. The regular spa pedicure was $27 and included a 5 minute foot massage (incredible) and the gel manicure was $35 (pretty standard for price, but the color came out great!) Will absolutely be back! So happy to finally have found a great nail salon in Westchester.

Since I moved here I’ve tried many of the local salons and none compare to Beauty. Sure, some of the others are bigger or have chandeliers but when it comes to skill of technicians and guest hospitality this salon wins out. I’m the worst at keeping a schedule so I never have an appointment, I do call ahead and they’re usually ready to take me when I arrive. I’ve also used many of their nail technicians and can confirm they’re all great with gel manicures, regular manicures, and pedicures. Lastly, they’re SO hospitable! Pre-covid they used to offer you a water bottle upon arrival and there were phone chargers in the pedicure seat. I love a place that truly thinks about the whole experience, so I’ll keep coming back to Beauty!Services: Pedicures

So far these are the best mani/pedis I've gotten in the area. The staff is, for the most part, warm and welcoming and my experience here has generally been wonderful. (I am deeply appreciative of the massages they throw in and everyone there is so good.) I like my toenails short but rounded off on the little edges so they don't cut my other toes when they start to grow out, and this is one of the only places that complies and doesn't try to tell me it isn't possible. For the most part, they've also been really good about honoring my request for short nails- I get the dip powder because I like to have a bit of length, but long nails tend to get in the way of my active lifestyle and I'm really not supposed to have them for clinical work anyway. Yesterday I had a disappointing experience wherein I asked for my nails to be cut. The nail technician went about every other step and seemed to be ignoring my request, and then finally asked if that is what I really wanted to do. When I confirmed that yes, that was what I wanted because I like them short, she threw a lot of attitude and said she didn't want to cut them. She did one, asked if it was okay, and told me it was too short. (It wasn't, it was what I wanted and what I always get.) I responded that yes, it was perfect and she did the rest but told me again that they were too short. I finally had to set a bit of a boundary and tell her firmly that no, they were perfect for my needs and my lifestyle. (Usually, they are technically too long by the time I go to get them redone so this is rather vital.) She made a face and then started speaking softly and in her own language to her colleague next to her, clearly to complain. Um, this wasn't an unreasonable request. Usually when I say I need them short for work, the technician understands and just does what I ask. Her coworker tried to cover the gaff by engaging me in conversation and she was really sweet but I was still just really put off. I didn't ask for an opinion and I'm not a hand model for the salon. It's literally my body and something I need to deal with every day. And I could tell my technician was annoyed with me because she skimped on a lot of the nice little extras like the massage and the heated towel, clearly wanting to get done as quickly as possible. They also have a tip line on the receipt but they cover it with their finger when you sign and then tell you to go to the ATM at the bar next door to get cash for a tip if you don't have it- although that depends on who rings you up. It hasn't been my experience every time, and the man who's often there is a lot more reasonable. I'll probably give them another chance because my previous experiences there have been great, but I'm definitely regretting not getting the name of the technician yesterday so I can request anyone else the next time. A client shouldn't have to argue about what they want done if it's something standard and reasonable.

I would give 0 starts if possible. Completely unacceptable and illegal behavior today at beauty nail and spa. I was gifted 2 gift cards in November 2019 for $240 and $100 each. I used each of them once before covid came and they shut down for 3 months. I decided when I felt comfortable enough to go back to get my nails done that I wouldn't use the gift card because I felt so bad for businesses that got hurt during Covid and didn't want to upset their cash flow. I went in today when I felt confident they rebounded to use the gift card and I was told I couldn't use it because it had expired. I told them why I hadn't used them earlier and was told that was my choice. It is New York State law that gift cards cannot expire until 5 years after issued but beauty nail spa assured me that they made up their own rule where they can expire. I did not realize businesses could make up their own rules that overrode state law. I will be filing a complaint against this business as it is completely unethical and illegal behavior.

Absolutely wonderful experience! This was my first time visiting. I called and was able to get an appointment for a pedicure within an hour. Susan my pedicurist was fantastic! Very skilled, kind, helpful, and attentive. For $27, I got not only an excellent pedicure but also a wonderful foot massage. It was just what I needed to relax and unwind. The owner and the staff are welcoming and professional. The place is bright, clean, modern, and uplifting. Highly recommend for pedicures, manicures, or any other treatments. They are the best in Westchester!
