RUN. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. And make sure to look at how old all the positive reviews are before you book. I was there about a month ago. Short and sweet. Don’t go. go on Yelp and see the reviews, I wish I did BEFORE I went. The staff is SO RUDE, the doctor is condescending and the prices they charge are ridiculous. On top of that, make sure the doctor HAS to do the tests he’s doing.$7000.00 later, 4+ hours under anesthesia for an 11 year old dog with an enlarged heart (the doctor’s words)…???And I still didn’t have a concrete, definitive answer. I was told to go back to my vet for treatment.Who does that? I’m just lucky and happy my dog is alive. They did that right, I guess. 1 star.

We were a one and done visit. The condition of the building is in an advanced state of neglect and unbecoming of a professional practitioner. Stained, drooping ceiling tiles, white painted walls stained yellow - it’s difficult to trust if equipment has been properly sanitized as a result. The veterinarian failed to demonstrate any friendly and personal demeanor. I’d know his name if he introduced himself after we introduced ourselves, but he didn’t. Vet is jaded, entirely indifferent, eager to cut us off at every sentence and deeply condescending. If you care about your pet, keep looking. It shouldn’t be hard to do better.

Dr. Moyer took extraordinary care of our aging, beloved dog, in the last months of her life. I can't thank him enough for his attentiveness and compassion. And at our request, he came to our house to put her down, and the procedure was so peaceful and calming for our darling dog. I would recommend him without hesitation.

The doctor himself wasn’t nice to begin with, he was so rude upon my arrival, no hello “how are you?” or anything of the sort. My dog had an ear infection in both ears so he was showing us what to do. This man grabbed my dog by the ears and when my dog got a little scared he yanked on my dogs ears resulting in an extensive yelp coming from my puppy. Keep in mind this is a 9 month old German Shepard. It hurt my heart to see and hear how my dog was in pain when this unprofessional gentlemen had not a care in the world, all he wanted was to get paid. He shows no signs on love for any animal that walks through those doors, I would STRONGLY recommend going elsewhere with your complications with your animal. This establishment is a disgrace and so is that disgusting old man in the scrubs.

Dr. Moyer and his staff are the absolute best. The care and attention they show owners and their pets feels loving and familial, while still being consummately professional. Not only do they deliver excellent care, but they are also remarkably affordable. After all the positive experiences I’ve had with them, including the critical role they played in saving my dog’s life at one point, I wouldn’t take my pet anywhere else!

Dr. Moyer has taken care of both of our rescue dogs since we first got them. Both of our dogs came with hidden health issues like many rescues do. He even kept in touch after hours about test results and next steps. There is a very warm personal feeling here that lets you know they actually care about your pets health.

Terrible bedside manner and misdiagnoses abound. We decided to find our own specialist for our dog instead of having to schedule dozens of follow ups to try and figure out what was going on with my dog, and the visits aren't remotely cheap. Getting them to release our dog's paperwork has proven to be a trial as well. The receptionist is wonderful, but that's about the extent of the positivity.

The best doctor in the business coupled with a warm and receptive staff. You couldn't ask for a better place for your pet and they always go the extra mile for their clients. Truly amazing people.

YOU LEARN ABOUT YOUR VET WHEN YOUR PET GETS A MAJOR ILLNESS. It's one thing to have a routine exam, shots, or a miner problem. But you learn all about your Vet when a major illness occurs. This is the time when integrity and ethics count the most. After seeing this Vet for years, my dog had blood coming from his mouth. The vet said it was likely a abscess,he may loose a tooth. Ok. I said I would like to talk to him once he determines the cause of the problem. I go home. No calls. I leave several messages...not returned. I speak to the secretary.. the dog is ok. You can pick him up. I go there only to learn my dog has a cancerous tumor in his mouth. He is terminal. He removed two teeth. The bill is $1.200. Even the most high priced dentist would not charge 1,200 to remove two teeth! GREED displaced ethics. The right thing to do would have been to phone me first before treating the dog. Dr Moyer's wallet got fatter but his decency poured into the sewer. If this review prevents just one person from having a similar experience, then it was well worth it. Let the buyer beware.
