These guys know their craft and how to treat customers. Ray was kind, professional and competitively priced. The work left me with absolutely no complaints. It looks like nothing ever happened and that was my main objective.

This place is awesome! Took my car in after someone backed into the front of my car and he fixed it perfectly. They didn’t use any 3rd party parts, only parts directly from Honda. Ray is very nice and calls with updates when available. Would recommend to anyone.

Very impressed with the work done at Briarcliff Manor Auto Body. They did a perfect job matching a difficult paint color (Mazda's tricoat Soul Red Crystal). Body panels lined up perfectly too. You can tell they take pride in their work. Would definitely recommend for any body work.

I went to Briarcliff Autobody to get a second opinion after feeling weirded out by another shop. When I arrived (fully stressed out as this was my first accident) Ray took his time and explained to me the entire process, even gave me a tour of the state of the line shop and made me feel at complete ease that my car was in the right hands! Ray went above and beyond when he took it upon himself to help with my insurance company and making sure I got the correct parts and with my rental car and even Uber pick up! I’m now a forever customer!

This is the only place that I go to get my car repaired. My family has been using them for what seems like generations and they are honest and very competent. They are a pleasure to do work with, and we trust them without exception.

Ray and Tony have helped us twice now and both times the vehicles have come back looking like they did from the factory. Both times Ray took the time to go over the steps involved in a friendly and helpful manner. We paid on our own for one and used insurance for the other and both were just as easy for us. Highly recommend Briarcliff Manor Auto Body!
