The Spanish guy behind the counter made fun of me for being deaf after I asked him to speak up by putting my hand to my ear and ask him to speak up. He did it right back to me and said "Ehhhhhh" with a nasty face. Screw him and screw this place, Never coming back here again. Btw they have flies all around the store when it's summer time. Something to think about.

some lady took my order and I asked for a bacon egg and cheese and somehow gave me an egg and cheese with ketchup WITH NO BACON?!

never order online with them- they never read the comments/substitutions. one of the ladies who works the front area is also extremely rude. if you arent going to pay attention to the customers needs/requests, dont offer it when ordering online. even requested utensils, napkins and straws for the drinks and they didnt send anything with the order
