The dr’s are great, but similar to others, I stay on hold for over 30 minutes if I need to speak with the office. The online portal is unreliable and sometimes won’t let me book an appointment online, hence having to call. Very frustrating.

For a place like this they need friendly, patient and caring staff. Over the phone, they’re rude, careless, clueless and always trying to rushing to get you off the phone. Always referring to take my kids to urgent care instead of accommodating seeing their doctor.

Nice, just called to schedule appointment was asked to wait on the line, waited for 10 minutes, then call dropped. Called back and received - after hours voice message.
