I had a good experience with the branch manager if this Chase. She took helpful precautions to ensure that a wire transfer was not fraudulent, and ultimately ensured that our funds transfer was successful by coordinating with the back office. The staff was kind, patient, and knowledgeable.

Made an appointment with the manager and she was late for 20 mins. I asked her help for the Treasury Direct account changing, she told me Chase does not do that. But after I told her that I did that at another branch sometime ago, she told me that Chase does not allow her to do that after several modification of her language. I don't know should I trust her or not.

Banks seem to have figured out that cold and impersonal doesn't attract as much as warm and friendly. This bank is an example. I chose it for its location but I stay because of relationships.

Easy for Briarcliff customers, wonderful assistance from staff. Always on top of it, PS it does have a ATM and a drive up window. It's to bad people come late, complain and don't know how to use a ATM, lol.
