“i come here for dry cleaning and alterations, not often, but at least 3x now. this is a woman owned local business that i love supporting. the owner is quite quick in her assessment of alterations and direct with dry cleaning service needs. good service with no fuss - what's not to enjoy. cost seems high, but again love supporting a long time local business.”
“Never had an issue here. I use the tailor for my uniform and he is very good. I only go to the older male that works there, he's the tailor, might explain the other review I've seen. Price can always be better but I trust his work.”

“I rarely write reviews, but I am so impressed with this place I have to! I'm not a frequent laundromat user but due to a naughty cat, I have been here twice in the last week. Both times the place was immaculate, and during each visit, the staff was actively cleaning it. The machines take credit cards and which is perfect for infrequent users. The $9.25 washers are huge and the dryers are large and well priced.”

“June 2018 We have been bringing our dry cleaning to North Broadway Cleaners for years. This morning I tried on a pair of suit pants to wear to a wedding tomorrow and they were too big. I called Yoon at about 8:30A this morning. Without identifying myself, I asked if she could to 24 hour alterations. She asked what needed to be done and after I explained she said she could do it. It's 5:15P the same day and I just picked them up and she only charged me $18. Amazing turnaround...Amazing alterations. Thank You Yoon. +5 more stars.”

“Gentle Touch is our go to for anything clothing related! My husband needed a few suit pants/jackets taken in. The owners knew exactly where to make the alterations and they came out perfectly. The suits fitted so much better and the stitching was flawless.I have had a few blouses to have dry cleaned. The owners noticed a cluster of small oil stains I had and took the time to clean it out. I honestly didn’t think they’d come out so I left it, but they were able to get it out.I also appreciate that they have organic dry cleaning. They press all of our items neatly and when I take out my clothing from the protectors, there isn’t a harsh chemical smell that some cleaners might leave behind.They’re also super accommodating if you’re in a rush.The owners have been running this place for a long time. Their expertise in handling all different types of materials and concerns is top tier. It’s no wonder their business is considered a neighborhood treasure!Services: Laundry pick-up”

“Mr Lee and his colleagues are top notch. They are always attentive, pay attention to detail and are very helpful. I've had dry cleaning come back I didn't remember was damaged, and they had made repairs no cost no questions asked, informing me on pickup. Another time we discussed a repair at drop-off and they offered extremely fair pricing arrangements. There is nothing I wouldn't trust them to handle. Fantastic, fast service and possibly one of the few full service tailors still operating on premises within the dry cleaning store. Keep up the amazing work!”

“This is my go to cleaners. They are quick, professional, and pleasant. I have brought everything to them from comforters, coats, formal dresses, suits, and dry clean only items. Several times they have called me or discussed items that may need special care before cleaning them. I have been very pleased with their work. They also provide affordable and reasonably fast tailoring too: I have had several pants hemmed there. I like the fact you can purchase an "eco green" bag and avoid all the plastic mish mosh too. In fact, I'm about to head there right now to drop several things off. Def recommend.”
