Ok so this is now making sense. I wish we had read the reviews before stopping here. My bf and I went there yesterday to get pedicures he accompanied me. While I went to the bathroom they convinced him yo do a spa pedicure and I didn't just a regular. We rly just wanted to get put feet cleaned and the short massage I was expecting. Not only was this the fasted rushed pedicure we had ever done. She said she gave him the option between callus removal and 10 minutes massage which he was completely unaware of. We had such a bad experience we still gave a tip but hope no one else has to endure this, we are new to the area.and the options are limited. You would think they would want to keep a good customer base as you would then clearly be able to have all the business in the area. Buy I guess not. Never going back and if you're around find somewhere else. It's not even the money we cared about but I would rather have bought some nice soap and gave myself and my bf a foot wash. Which that is what it was. So so disappointed.

I’ve Never experienced such a rude nail tech in my life. Spent 38 dollars on a pedicure that was 20 minutes long. She did not even clean off the polish that she got all over my skin. She was angry that I did not want to upgrade and get a callous remover. Then she Stood over me as I gave her the tip. I am very disappointed. The last time I came here I had such a wonderful experience. I could have painted my toes myself for this.

There were hardly any other customers yet the woman carried out my spa pedicure as fast as possible and with little care at all. She didn't really file my nails, they are all different sizes and shapes and the polish job is bad I want to cry ? So sad and disappointed, what a waste of my hard earned money...

I have to say that the manager really cares for every single client that comes in and out of this nail salon. I’m not the type of person to complain about small hiccups when it comes to my nails especially when it isnt noticeable yet the manager made sure to check my nails before leaving AND she even re-did the ones that were “imperfect”. I highly recommend this place, you wont regret it!

The only reason, hence the one star, is that you get your nails done as you walk in. Probably because they don’t get much business because they are so rude. They talk about you in their language. Lady at front desk doesn’t even look up from her phone when customers walk in. They expect a huge tip when they’ve done a horrible job. Please use this review to find another place to do your nails. I’m not going back.

If manicure means get only your nails file and nail polish you’re in the right spot, fastest manicure in town. I went with my daughter (4 y.o.) to get our manicure done. The mood of the older woman with red hair was HORRIBLE, because I didn’t want to get gel or powder and she got mad, besides everybody knows they talk about you between them. I decided just kept the promise to my daughter to get her nails done, otherwise I’d walk outside as soon as the older woman began to be nasty with me. My daughter got her nails filed and nail polish, I had to ask for some kind of base or some clear/base coat before the color. No water to slide the cuticle, no lotion, no massage, not nothing. This place deserves zero stars.

It was my first time at this salon, not only were the staff incredibly rude and awkwardly arguing in front of customers, but the pedicure and dip manicure I received were very disappointing. My nails were not prepped properly, the dip powder was very thick, bumpy, and rough on my manicure.

They do some of the best work around highly recommend if you want a good set that can last awhile as well. The atmosphere is amazing too from how they treat you to the decor they have surrounding you. I love how they are straight forward with their prices and as they work they tell you how the price can go up ( you know with shaping, and designs). Overall great experience here and the work they do is phenomenal!!

Worst nail experience ever. Not only did they call my fingers fat, they charged $5 extra for almond shape and then pocketed my $20 when I asked to break it for tip. Rude, unprofessional, overpriced.
