“I’ve been coming to this Post Office Monday through Friday for the past 10 years, and the improvement over the last few months has been incredible. Since the new Postmaster, Ms. Masia, stepped in, everything runs so much more efficiently.
Ms. Soniya at the counter is fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming with a smile. It really makes a difference when you’re there regularly.
Another huge bonus is the newly designated parking specifically for the post office, which makes visits even more convenient.

“Easily the best post office I’ve ever used. They have a parking lot (!!) and I’ve gotten to know both postmasters and most of the clerks over the past decade. The staff is professional and efficient and even though at busy times it backs up easily (credit a lot of privileged suburbanites who use the USPS all of once a year and equally unprepared college kids from the two local schools), I have always trusted this post office and the excellent service and support they’ve long given me and my business.”

I had to send a package that didn't quite fit in the standard box and he took the time and effort to bend, fold and tape it all together so I could send it. Way more than he needed to do!”
“Nothing is more reliable and dependable than USPS. That is until DOGE got its grubby hands on it. What used to take three days for a package to arrive now takes five. Let’s get Elon Musk’s hands off our Postal Service. Still it beats FedEx by a mile! One of the best shipping services this country has!”

“I do not think I've ever encountered a U.S. postal service with 5 stars. I was curious and in the area so visited this location, and was impressed. It's in a cute area, across the street from a cafe. The post office was clean, and not busy whatsoever. Also, the mail clerk who helped me was kind, helpful, and professional. Definitely recommend this post office if you are in the area and in need of shipping.”
“Latest closing hours in Westchester -7pm weekdays and 4pm Saturday. Many post offices aren't even open on Saturday in the city! The employees are very nice, caring and consistent faces over the last few years. I really appreciate them and the calm, positive vibe.”

I go there regularly to send out packages and have to say the one employee Ash is always very friendly and welcomes everyone with a smile and wishes everyone a great day as they leave. “Looks like all of the 1-star reviews are regarding passports. Weekday afternoon the Asian gentleman George was perfectly delightful and pleasant with handling my prepaid mail. So all is well with normal postal business. I suppose go elsewhere for passport making.”
“Went to drop off an item for a Mercari sale (third party e-commerce app) and the 2 men at the counter were incredibly helpful! They made friendly conversation and answered any questions I had. I wish I asked their names, but they were at the front desk on 7/31/25 at 11:45am!”

“Just had a Hanukkah miracle! We were missing a package and since it was Christmas everything was closed. I called the post office the next day and Kenisha was SOOO pleasant and patient! “Great experience. The two workers were very helpful. Unlike another place I went to. They took me same day for an expedited passport, but you should make an appointment. Luckily, they were able to squeeze me in. Both workers were thoughtful and very thorough and answered all of our questions. Now I can make my trip with my wife. I really appreciate the help when I get the names of the two individuals who helped me I’ll put it here. Thanks again. Would highly recommend.”
“I find the people that work the windows to be unfailingly polite, helpful and efficient. The USPS has been starved for funds for ages now so if you're unhappy with this post office, write your congressman and advocate for better funding - don't blame the people who do the best they can with outdated equipment, office space etc.”
