Absolutely love this salon! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Valerie and noticed the clean space. Jess really took the time to listen to what I want. She gave me the perfect cut and color- better than I imagined! To top it off, Jess gives the most amazing, relaxing scalp massage. I'd been to multiple hair salons, but I will drive an hour to get the perfect hair care. Highly recommend!!!

This place is deceptive and front desk reception is condescending and rude. I had an appointment for today and I called to cancel due to a last minute emergency. They said they would charge me 25% due to last minute cancelation. This place is closed on Sunday so there was no one to speak to speak to yesterday, but in explaining this to the receptionist she was combative, condescending and rude. I have taken both my daughters there for haircuts and have never been told of this policy ever. I got a haircut last week and was going to dye my hair. They have lost mine and my families business for good!

I have been getting a wide variety of services at Zokkoz salon since 2017. Jillian was the FIRST stylist who was able to achieve *my vision* and I have been a loyal client since.
And when I say *my vision,* I mean, I basically change my whole look/personality AT LEAST every 1-2 years. Over nearly a decade, Jillian and the girls (Jessenya is also great- highly recommend from experience.) have gotten me through school, breakups, work, marriage, pregnancy, postpartum. ALL the huge life events that cause you to suddenly want to totally change your hair.
My Mom was so pleased she also became a client as did my step-mother (She is in heaven- only thing that would have made her stop going to Zokkoz salon). On a serious note, my step-mother was fairly ill and always felt so uplifted after getting her hair done with Jillian.
All of the girls are all very professional and fun to talk to. I TRULY feel a part of the Zokkoz family and am so happy I found Zokkoz salon!
Note: After beginning to bleach at age 16, I am lucky I still have hair on my head. AVEDA processing has actually made my hair stronger- even after going fully platinum and back.

This place is a one stop shop for me! I frequent Zokkoz for amazing highlights with Jess (still get compliments even after six months!) and relaxing facials with Egma! Can’t recommend this place enough

Jess is an absolute gem! She is incredibly talented, attentive, and truly cares about making her clients feel beautiful. She always ensures we’re on the same page before working her magic. She puts so much care and precision into all her work. A huge plus is having NTL right next door! It's such a beautiful boutique!

I am always greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The salon itself is clean and nicely designed. Jess always takes time to listen to my ideas and offers her professional opinion. Aside from Jess' exceptional work, the staff is friendly and accommodating, I highly recommend ZokKoz to anyone looking for a great experience.

Ruined my nails with no apology. Misshapened and filed down to nothing. I had 2 months growth on them. Technician didn't know what she was doing. Waste of my time and hers.
