This store is too small, every time I go is crowded with deliveries /returns packages ,boxes and a long line of people with only two workers at the counter, but overall that they offered good customer service, that is the only reason Im giving four stars.

Dropped off Amazon's Try/Buy (Try before you Buy) products which I decided not to purchase.There were three pairs of pants that came in three separate packages.I unwrapped each of the packages but brought the wrappings with me which were plastic bags. The guys at UPS Store said "Oh they has to be packagedor boxed." So okay. Well I have the original packaging and that sufficed.Easy as pie

I did not read the label instructions correctly and the employees could have brushed me aside easily, asking me to return when in point of fact I do not live that close. Shah, the exemplary manager, could not have been nicer, guiding me through my options and exercising every avenue to help me as if his life depended on it. There is a reason why this UPS Store has such good feedback compared to others where the lines seem endless and the headaches abound.Thank you Shah, thank you Jordan.

This UPS Store is quite small and very understaffed. 2 the agents working there are doing, everything, receiving packages customer as well as from USP delivery truck persons, faxing, helping customers with printing services, and mail boxes.The line has been out the door more to then often, and long length of time to the point that people just left because they couldn't wait any longer. That's not good business, not good for potential customers or for the working staff.

The salespeople were immensely helpful while we were trying to figure out which boxes we needed. I'm not sure we could have gotten the correct size boxes without their help and they made it so easy and I'm so happy that they were there to help us. They pack a lot of services into this store and the employees are really great.

Was told I had to package items myself and return, I tried to explain to the employee the email which I received specifically stated to not package items as UPS will do that for me. She refused to look at the email I was referring to and asked that I return with items packaged. So I leave and return with items packaged and after she scans the QR code she realizes that I was originally correct and UPS is supposed to package the items for me. There was no apology given and even implied it was my fault for not giving her more details (company name). Overall bad customer service experience.

The two employees working were extremely sweet and willing to help. I'm giving 3 stars because #1 Google says they have a notary at this store- but they don't. You're better off going to the pharmacy next door. #2 I also came to get passport photos taken for my baby, but this location does not do infant photos. #3 I asked if I could print photos I took on my phone and was told that they don't have any photo paper and I should come back when they get some. This is no fault of the clerks, whoever is managing the store needs to do better.

The store was very crowded with only 2 reps. One was tied up with a big order leaving only one person to deal with everything else. On the positive, the people in line were patient and respected their place in line. The staff was nice and doing their best, but the wait was long

As a frequent UPS patron , I knew something was off about this store when Elijah attempted to charge me $3.00 to have the paid labels printed. I called corporate customer service and they assured me the service was free or .54 cents for the print out of 3 sheets of black and white paper. I visited the store later in the day and Elijah doubled down on his ways and mentioned they are a PRIVATE store and so they have their own pricing. I then referred him to the ups print job website, where it states .54 cents for three copies and he just nodded his head. I get that it's a beginner's job , he may not want to do it, but Elijah if you're unhappy just find something else, life is already a bit tough as it is to be putting yourself through something you clearly do not like doing.
