Came here a few months ago with my daughter who is 3. We had a great time with the indoor play and all the fun outdoor play activities. My favorite children’s museum I’ve ever been to!

The Children's Museum of the East End is a great imaginative play based museum. There are a lot of dress up stations, books, arts and crafts, and indoor and outdoor play activities. like mini golf. Brought he grandkids and they had an amazing experience.

Extremely disappointed that I drove over an hour to discover that the museum was closed for a private event. Even worst that I had to explain to my two young daughters why they couldn't go in even after they saw the opened doors

So much potential. The space is beautiful and well thought out when built.Just very cramped and no one seems to do anything after you check in.$20 per person and most libraries I take my son to are better. (Middle country)Was unhappy with the debris, garbage and lack of care for anything outside. I understand that it's winter but for the price the areas shouldn't look like a backyard of a home that was foreclosed on 2-3 yrs agoHard pass. Maybe better in the summer. You do get mini golf for the price

Cute children's museum! Typical indoor / outdoor activities. The place was STICKY! (Typical of kiddie places) I loved the outdoor mini golf! So cute! I did NOT like the lack of staff presence / monitoring... there were 4 boys that must have been 12-14 that were tearing the place apart! They were running through small children and knocking them down not a single employee got off their tushes at the front desk to do anything about it even though it was in they eye / ear shot.

This place is amazing! I took my 22 month old daughter and we had a blast. It was a nice day out in December so we were able to go outside as well. We recieved free tickets from our library. If you don't get free passes its $19 a person. My daughter was younger compared to the other kids there and to really enjoy the full potential of each part. However, we really did enjoy ourselves. There is a grocery store, a library, a restaurant, a giant light bright station, an air station where they can put balls above air and watch it float, a post office, a fire truck they can go on and a big ship. There was a designated play area for all ages and a baby area. There are outfits to dress up. Really a place for kids to play, use their imagination and BE A KID!

We took our grandkids, ages 9 and 6 here. We received free passes from our public library. Full admission is $19 per person.I think the ideal ages for maximum enjoyment are between 4 and 7 years. They have various play stages set up, like in a community. A post office, library, soda fountain shop, food truck, and fruit market invited children for interactive play. There was also a ship, fire truck, and various arts and crafts and other interactive activities. There was a play gym area more suited for small children. Outside there is a giant chess set, and a mini golf game. All of these provided lots of enjoyment. The public was admitted in 2 hour sessions, and closed in between for sanitizing. The accommodate private events also. We stayed the entire 2 hours and could have stayed a little longer. This is a very nice way to spend an afternoon.
