“So incredibly thankful for East Hampton florist!!!! My family ordered flowers for my uncle’s funeral and they never showed (never ever use Ava’s florist!!!!!!!!!) “HUGE shout out to Jay and Linda for coming through for me on Valentine’s Day. I called because it was the closest flower shop, and my boyfriend had just left for a haircut. I thought I could at least attempt to see if they could make a delivery. Obviously they were very busy ? but it was worth a shot. I stayed on the phone talking with jay because he was very kind, open and helpful. I didn’t know what I was doing or picking out….but I was going to find one way or another to get to Dutch petals just because of their customer service!Long story short, Jay was able to squeeze a delivery in to me with another delivery he had nearby me so that I could surprise my boyfriend with an absolutely beautiful flower bouquet. He even delivered it himself!!! You guys are the best and you have a forever customer.Happy Valentine’s Day”
