Michael Amoia and his team were terrific. Very efficient. Gave us multiple quotes on our brownstone. Returned calls promptly. Got everything going in a timely way. We replaced a super expensive policy with a cheaper and better one, thanks to Michael. We highly recommend working with him.

My experience with Michael A. has been incredible, and I feel so fortunate to have him. As a first time homeowner, I often rely on the expert advise of those around me to make important decisions. Michael is always there when I have questions or need specific instructions on how to handle an insurance claim. I always feel that he is on my side and advocating for me. He's very responsive and also patient with me when I don't understand something.My friends often describe their homeowners insurance claim experiences as stressful and contentious. I don't share in their sentiment, and I strongly believe it is because I have a great broker.

We recently moved into a new house with our toddler and newborn and of course, the high-end refrigerator broke almost immediately (and couldn’t be repaired). Less than ideal with two small children. When we were shopping around for home insurance prior to moving in, Michael Amoia suggested a specific partner who had appliance coverage in case of this exact occurrence. Sure enough, I called Michael up and he was able to submit the claim for me ASAP. As you can imagine when dealing with insurance companies, it wasn't exactly smooth, but Michael was always accessible, responsive, super professional, and highly knowledgeable, so he was able to keep the process moving along until we got a comparable replacement fridge. As you can see from the other reviews, I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I am a first-time home buyer with very little knowledge. My friend Ron recommended Hamptons Risk Management so I called and a couple of minutes later received a call from Michael Amoia. So caring and understanding, prompt customer service, friendly, very knowledgeable and provided options they made sure that I understood the process and walked me through the finish line.

We have had our Southampton home owners insurance HRM for the last 7 years and they are one of the best agents we have dealt with. We have recently experience a major leak in our house when we were away and from the minute we called them we got the Michael the owner deal directly with us almost on a daily basis in the beginning. He is first and foremost compassionate for losing almost our personal and house items and certainly the use of the house. He is also very attentive to details and guided us through the process. We are still in the midst of the claim and he has been following up with the adjuster and the insurance company to make sure we get everything done. I highly recommend them.
