Went to Staples today not knowing about the new reward program or specials that were available to me. The Cashier filled me in and got me all set up. It was great.

The manager and some of the associates are quite good and knowledgeable about their products. However the UPS and mailing department associates were quite rude and looked disgusted at having to help anyone. They were slow as well. It would be a great store if they upgraded some of their staffing

Bridgehampton staples sucks, upon entering I've been acknowledged by the lady behind the counter, she paged for help and no one came, I've waited for awhile and still no attendance, this is the 2nd time now, I'm not going back...
