It's a horrible place my mother recently leased a 2013 Kia Sorento from these guys and only had the car for a year and found out it's completely rotted underneath to the point that it won't pass inspection and is still paying on it after trying to talk to cjs about solving the problem they told my mother that if she can find another car for around $4000 that they would get it for her after admitting that they don't put the cars on the lift to check and make sure they aren't rotted but then turned around and tried talking my mother into a different vehicle that they had for a bigger payment they didn't keep their word and screwed my mother out of a vehicle

Sold me a car with a 30 day warranty motor blow up they dismissed me until the 30 days was up then refused to help fix it im a single fathet of 5 and now im 20 grand in the hole paying them for a car i cant drive i would suggest spending your money at a dealership willing to help

They were a pleasure to work with, and went above and beyond to ensure a good experience. They knew i was driving from Maine to get a car, on a Sunday, the only day I had available. They made sure the car was prepped and ready, sold it to me at a fair price, and promised to take care of the only issue I found with it upon arrival. Justin even came in at 8am on Sunday so that I had time to drive home in time to keep a promise to my nieces. I just wish they were closer!!

I was looking for help on a vehicle title registration since the company name shows up on it and need a replacement, this guy just washes his hands and says they do not have anything to do with the paperwork since he already did his part, is not of his business and does not work for me.

Bought a Jeep wrangler from them from the cicero location about 5 years ago and it’s still going strong. Absolutely couldn’t complain about it one bit. That one had a couple issues when we first got it but they took care of it right away.
So a few days ago, I saw another Jeep wrangler on the lot at the Bridgeport location and I love it!! Got it home and found there was a couple issues that need to be addressed and Chris had me bring it right back and they are fixing it. I’m sad I’m with out my vehicle after just getting it, but happy they are fixing the issues with it. Used cars are just that and expect to have a couple things wrong. I’m just happy Chris is fixing it. And Sam the sales guy was great !! I also talked to I believe his name was Bob over at Cicero and he was just as helpful! They went above and beyond to accommodate me as I had a couple requests that they honored with no problem. I would recommend going to them.

Bought a vehicle a year ago. Drove off the lot with no gas. They said they would buff out the scratches and never did. The tires were bad already had a patch so had to keep putting air into the tire. Brakes were not good. The window won't go back up. dont recommend to go here.

Bought an older car from them with low miles at a good price. That warranty is actually really solid that they offer, never had problems with it. HOWEVER, the car had to go into the shop over 20 times in the 18 months I had it before I finally just sold it when it was worth even money. Everything on it was failing. Wasn’t a terrible process, but if you got good credit, I’d recommend you check other options

Do not shop at any of the locations! Purchased two vehicles from the wampsville location and not even 3 months in a check engine light comes on. Took it to their shop and they “fixed it.” Not even 7 months of having the vehicle it needs a whole new engine. When I called them they said they have no record of every fixing it that one time. What a joke, Chris and George both are crooks. The other car is having issues as well. Go to a real car dealership, or you will end up paying a lot more out of pocket for the lemons they are selling. Don’t bother commenting god bless or to call you. I have called, waste of time. *update, the second car needs a whole new transmission. That should tell you right there not buy a car from them.

The canastota location was awesome to me and even repaired some things after the warranty was up. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking car for a good clean car!

Over priced, warranties are no guarantees. 20 yrs ago got a great price and vechicle out lasted it's price and value ten fold. Not my first recommendation anymore ?
