I had been a loyal customer of Laura’s from the beginning of her business. We had what I thought to be a nice business relationship. I had given her a 5 star review here and had even recommended her to my followers on Facebook (currently there are over 53K sets of eyes on my posts in 28 days). Today she was the rudest and most immature that I ever could have imagined. She often expects pets to sit and wait for and hour or more at a time. My pet doesn’t do well in that circumstance. However it must be that Laura now sees them as a series of obstacles to get through in her work day. Gone is the kind and polite, not to mention sweet young woman I met years ago. In her place is an intolerant and rude person who clearly has no understanding how reviews and social media work. I actually feel compassion for her as she will now be finding out how one Google review out of five can impact a very small business. Laura I hope that you reflect on yourself today and simply if you had asked “hey is 4:30pm okay” instead of having an immature minor adolescent fit with me this review would still read five stars. Do better-because you absolutely did before.

Laura has been doing my girls for I don’t know how many years now.. and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! She’s always so accomplished and the girls always look amazing!
