The CVS store on Monroe Ave., Rochester is consistently clean, neat, and fully stocked. The pharmacy staff are courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, providing very good shopping and pharmacy experiences. The 24-hour drive-thru window is a convenient feature. However, the CVS on Monroe (Brighton) is reported to be understaffed and dirty, with self-checkout issues. While there have been some insurance mix-ups, they are quickly corrected. Employees deserve more respect, as they are not "working on an assembly line."
The people are nice but the CVS on Monroe (Brighton) is FILTHY. They are understaffed…the self check out never works so the reps have to come out to fix and it makes it even slower. I’m retired I don’t come to spend my money and work at the store!

I have no problems with the whole store. I have been using cvs for five years and I would tell anyone to use them.

Both pharmacy & register staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a variety of merchandise. I was even able to pick up pet supplies!
