Alaesha was my pharmacy clerk at 5:40pm on 10/18/24 at 2100 Monroe Ave CVS.
I was picking up prescriptions for my husband with lots of people in line behind me and told her the wrong birthday at first, despite her asking me to verify it twice. I also realized I had forgotten my purse in the car and needed it for the copay.
She pulled the prescriptions aside and packaged them so that they were ready for me after I ran out to the car.
She was very friendly and complimented how I accessorized my purse. The situation could have been very uncomfortable and embarrassing for me, but instead Alaesha made me glad I chose CVS that day.

The problem I have with CVS is that they refuse to mail my prescriptions to my home, like they used to. (And these aren't dangerous narcotics or anything by the way, just blood pressure meds.) They advertise on their site that they provide that service, but whenever I actually try to get them to do it, they refuse.
CVS said that the problem is with my insurer, but when I checked with my insurer, they assured me that the problem IS in fact with CVS, and the proof of that is that other pharmacies in the area DO mail the same meds to their customers.
I have complained to CVS about this and I've told them about it in a survey every time I pick up my prescriptions, but they never bother to do anything about it. I will probably switch pharmacies, even though that's a bit of an administrative hassle.

I am a satisfied regular customer of CVS at 2100 Monroe Ave., Rochester. The store and pharmacy staff at CVS, 2100 Monroe Ave., Rochester, are consistently courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The CVS store is always clean and neat and fully stocked with quality products. Never had less than very good shopping and pharmacy experiences at CVS Monroe Ave. Thanks to the staff for their professionalism and reliability! This time, special thanks to Ashley in the Pharmacy for her efficient and pleasant assistance.

The people are nice but the CVS on Monroe (Brighton) is FILTHY. They are understaffed…the self check out never works so the reps have to come out to fix and it makes it even slower. I’m retired I don’t come to spend my money and work at the store!

Since I changed pharmacies TO CVS, it by and large has gone very well. They still get my insurances mixed up at times, but that is quickly corrected. My only suggestion and thought is why on earth you don't have a pharmacy tech on duty 24/7. At one time, there was a tech along with the pharmacist working the overnight shift in particular. Please, please treat your employees with the respect they deserve; they are not working on an assembly line somewhere.

I have been shopping at CVS in Brighton, NY for 50 years. It is an older and smaller store, however, it is always clean and well-organized. The 24 hour drive thru window is a convenience on which I rely at all hours. Pharmacy techs and cashiers are courteous and professional. The CVS website has improved greatly since its inception and I use it regularly.

Your website and app are garbage. They just keep spinning in circles and won't let me update anything. I uninstalled it and won't be using it again. Fix your tech!

Filthy location. How does Town of Brighton allow this? Entry was is gross and the carpet needs to be replaced. Garbage overflowing and strewn through all the bushes. They should be fined. I’ll stick with Walgreens. If you must use a CVS, go to Target.

It is very nice that they're open 24 hours and we have used them a couple times. The last time I realized they had a drive thru, so I didn't even need to get out of my car, so that was really nice. However, I had a question about a new medication and I noticed it after hours, and needed to take a dose of it. I couldn't skip it, and it was an urgent question, so I called. I have never had a pharmacist be so rude to me. He literally would not give me any type of answer. My regular pharmacist is always helpful, and I've called her multiple times over the years. So, get prescriptions filled here after hours when you need them, but don't expect anything else.

I've been here before as I had to pick up a medication that my local store did not have. Staff at the pharmacy was great and helpful.CVS is one of those places I just go to for meditations or an occasional think I have an emergency for any no place is open. They have a parking lot.

Recently helped a friend with a late night script and visited this CVS. First I was grateful that this store is 24/7, but also the pharmacist could not have been nicer. I had to wait maybe 5 minutes as the script had just been called in, and he was busy helping a steady stream of people getting their Covid booster, yet he still apologized to us for the wait. The store seems larger than the one I use, but I still managed to find things I needed, and on sale. When I went back to the Pharmacy, the pharmacist was going over the script with my friend, which was really great in my book. I definitely recommend this CVS if you needs scripts or personal products, as this visit was a win/win on both counts in my book.
