Worst pharmacy ever, the guy at night shift 10:30pm 01/29 said if i paid cash he will get the prescription ready right away, even though they had all the information ready for my daughter. if using insurance card i got to wait another 30 minutes. Shouldn’t do that with medication.

I called around 10 pm to see if I could take a certain medication while having COVID just to be safe. I asked the question and the pharmacist talked to me like I was stupid. And I was still talking and then he hung up on me! I get they work long hours but...come on. Will not call again ever. Excuse me for asking questions to be safe and not end up in the hospital.

extremely poor experience with pharmacy. Workers were making jokes about not answering calls at drive through window. Cars were sitting stuck in line for 20-30 minutes at a time. It's fine if your going to close the window, but at least put up a proper sign informing customers. Families waiting to pick up meds for kids or parent's do not have time to waste being the butt of a staff joke. Transfer your prescriptions to a pharmacy that wants your business. There were 5 pharmacy works on at the time of incident, and 2 customers inside, me being one of them, who could clearly hear associates joking about not answering calls. very sad.

I was happy to find the CVS in Brighton open today but it is a 24 hour store. I needed some things and I got what I was out of but I wanted to stock up on water too but they were out of the brand I wanted to buy. I haven’t shopped at CVS in a long time because I use the closest pharmacy and CVS is not my closest pharmacy. I needed to update my email and was able to catch the notification for it this time. The young lady at the counter helped me, she entered my new email in the system.

I can’t say enough about how SWEET the staff is at this location. They are the reason I’m an extra care monthly member. I had a few returns to make and had my receipt and paid with debit and my husband had recently passed away and the debit card i used was frozen and without question not only was I offered condolences but never hesitated to return my items and gave me cash back. I love the Monroe store. Get all my scripts there as well. Cvs blows away Walgreens and rite aid!!!!! Thank you to all the front employees for being so helpful this past month. And a special thank you to Miguel that waited on me this week. I just read a lot of the reviews on here and a lot of neg things about the pharmacy staff and wait times which as a customer I do understand but I’m the flip side as a customer I try and remember that it’s the only 24 hr pharmacy anywhere around and they are slammed continuously from what I see when I get my scripts so I try and be patient and understand and thank them and smile and you always get more with honey than vinegar

When you’re really unwell and you go to get a prescription and they put a red piece of cardboard up in your face at the drive-through because it’s lunchtime at 1:39 and they advertise being open 24 hours that makes me very angry

Waited in line at the pharmacy once it was my turn they shut the overhead door and closed down for a 30 min lunch break without explaining any of this to me. This was not done by a pharmacist but cashier at the pharmacy. Very unprofessional other customer couldn't believe what just happened.

Terrible service. The pharmacy can't even handle a simple prescription transfer without us having to call multiple doctors, the hospital, and pharmacies. Staff at other CVS's could see the prescription just fine, but this location just "couldn't find it." We called another CVS to have the staff tell the employee at this location how to do their job. Don't go here if you need a prescription filled since the staff have no clue what they're doing.

I live very close, so it’s become my “corner store”. Decent staff. Pretty large selection when it comes to skincare/beauty. Self-checkout is great as well.

Waited on hold for 15 minutes to speak with a pharmacy representative, guy comes to the phone and says terrible connection and says he can't hear me, when he obviously can. Perfect connection. Whoever was working the pharmacy on June 14th at 11pm is terrible and will use any excuse to avoid his job. Avoid this pharmacy!!
