They book more cars than they have and you won't know the car you paid for and reserved will not be available until an hour before your trip. Avoid like the plague because they don't respect the customer.

The staff there is extremely rude and disrespectful. Alex is THE MOST unprofessional and ignorant person in business. Avoid this place if you can. Terrible business and terrible service!!

not only did they have only one Uber Vehicle but it didn’t allow passengers the entire time. the front desk was nonchalant and rude. I understand you might hate your occupation but that’s no need to be unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional.
