“So my mom was introduced to Fred's service center by one of the elderly gentleman that lived at a 55+ community apt area. my mom is 71, she was 65 when she first started going there. whether it was for maintenance-or damage to the car from an accident. Mike and Rick always ALWAYS repaired and or maintained the car with amazing quality service. They are honest and provided one of the top notch quality service and very very reasonably priced for the quality work that they do. I wish they will move down to Texas. “Excellent service, I was checking cod prices online today since is getting a little cold outside and don't want to run out of oil and I found Mid Island Fuel I gave them a call to make sure they service my area instead of making my request online and spoke to a very pleasant lady by the name of Susan, told me they could deliver tomorrow, I explained to her that my gauge is broken and the tank sounds very low if they could try to deliver today, she told me will wait for driver to call to find out and she will get back to me Few minutes later she called me to assured me that I will get my delivery today, driver had three stops ahead of me in a different town and to my surprise within an hour driver was knocking at my door, another pleasant person his name is Georgie, I asked him to please pump slow because I'm not sure how low my tank was and he told me he always pumps slow (that made my day :-) )few minutes later my tank only took 172 gallons. I'm very pleased with this company, first time I tried this company and I will be calling them back all winter, take this from a person that used to work for an oil company, I worked for one of the worse in high prices, service and customer service companies in Long Island for 15 years so I know what I'm talking about and people PLEASE REMEMBER TO TIP YOUR OIL DRIVER, is not easy to drive those trucks especially in snow and icy days and thanks to the dispatcher like Susan and the oil driver like Georgie we don't freeze to death in winter time and our homes are warm for our families.”

“Valero's new app, when attached to a Valero cc, sets you up for serious savings. 10 cents off per gallon everyday. 20 cents off per gallon on special days. Other special deals. You just pull up, out the pump number in the app and you're ready to fill 'er up.One part of it I don't like. They used to give you the cash price for using their cc. Now they apply those discounts to the cc price, which usually ends up being a few cents higher than cash. It chaps my ass, but not a deal breaker.The shop inside is your typical small gas mart. Nothing to write home about. Staff is friendly. Lotto ticket scanner blows, haha.”

“I have no problem going out of my way to come to this store and play my numbers. It's actually a pleasant inviting place to play your numbers and get gas. The gentleman behind the counter is professional and friendly and doesn't make you feel like your inconveniencing him as a lot of places tend to do these days. The store is clean and the atmosphere is, " customer friendly ". The added positive is the gentleman who does my numbers has never made a mistake on them and you don't have to repeat the same numbers over and over because he is attentive enough to listen and play them right the first time.”
