11/16/21TEMPORARILY CLOSED due to staffing shortage. Use the ACM Lab at 80 West Ave. 14420.♿ accessible. My favorite ACM location bcz it's convenient & centrally located off Rte 31 in the Unity building, right on the west side of the Wegman's plaza parking & next to ESL FCU.It's a small lab, about 6 chairs in wait room. Touchscreen sign in at entrance is a great feature & usually the wait is fairly short. Friendly staff. Been going here for years.

So much quicker with the new set up. Even with a full waiting area, I have never waited more that 5-10 minutes!!

Staff was great, but be warned that contrary to what the websites say they do not open at 6 on weekdays. Got there at 6:30 to find sign dated October 12, 2020 stating they open at 7 weekdays, 6 on Saturday. Staff says their requests to have website updated have been ignored.

I have had wonderful experience with staff. However, the hours posted on website are inaccurate. The hours were changed in October 2020. They do NOT open at 6 am weekdays. Staff reports that management has NOT responded to requests to update site.

I’ve been going to this location for several years. Even with the changes from COVID; I have never run into any issues and the staff is always friendly.

Nice staff but very poor experience. No receptionist so if something is wrong and they can't take you you dont find out until you've waited your turn. I had nothing wrong but still the tech seemed to be confused. Very good at drawing blood but the samples were not stored correctly so I had to go back for a redraw. Overall I'd say they weren't super educated on the computer system or sample protocols. Went to a different lab for the redraw and it was much more inviting, quick, and a better experience overall. So, I wont be going back to this lab.

Used to be good but no longer. They removed the receptionist and now every time you go in there for blood drawn there is at least 5 people waiting. I've gone 7:30am and in the afternoon, no change. Other clients mention how many times they've gone to get serviced and left due to long wait times. Called ACM to schedule and appointment and they said it's walk in only. Complained about service and got the supervisor's name of Ken Levering and was told he'd call me back. Never did. Horrible service and apparently no interest in customer service.
