Fran has always been good to me. She discusses styles and wants to know what you want and will do it :)

I'm saddened and very offended by this review on my Mom Frances, for so many reasons! We have Vietnamese in our family, as a Teakwondo instructor my father is well respected in his Korean community, my God daughter is half African American... and simply because we still believe in HUMANITY! But that's not the part that hurts the most... My mom is a kind, extremely passionate, hard working woman!!! And she enjoyed very much doing this man's hair. Being who she is, Mom would still welcome him back to continue.. She is there by herself now and can't always take a walk-in on the spot..she will absolutely find a time to fit you in if she's able, with that being said she will not take down her walk-ins welcome sign, because she will always Welcome you!! She has been in this very competitive industry and has enjoyed every minute for the past 40 years, working on ALL ETHNICITIES with nothing but LOVE & a humbled grateful heart! It's assumptions and statements like this that keeps racism alive!!!

Advertises walk-ins welcome...but each time of the dozen times I've gone in for a walk-in, she turns me down...whether theres a short line or none at all. I've been nothing but polite each and every time but I'm getting the feeling that it might be about race.
