I've always been pleased with Chase and this location, I have been using them since 2016. They have always helped me qnd the staff is very nice and helpful, the types of people who should work in a bank. Would recommend to other people at some point to use them.

The atm is always down or someone is working on it, it’s horrible! Every time I go to get money there’s always something going on with it or there’s construction, etc..

How is it that I get disapproved for a car loan and I'm making over $70,000 a year credit score over 740 never missed a payment however a young white boy could graduate high school with no credit history at all and get a car loan instantly I'm closing my account very soon racial discrimination still exists ?????

Chase wrongly charged me an interest charge of $17.76 on my credit card after I paid my account in full that month before the billing period closed. It says right on their website they won't. I called customer service and spoke to 3 different people trying to tell me they charge interest from a month back, and it was from last months bill. 1st, it wouldn't be from last months bill, because my card was almost maxed out and the percentage charged for interest would be much more than $17, more like around $100 which I already WAS charged the interest for, the month before. Then they tried telling me it's from a month back because they give you an extra month to pay before charging interest and that my August interest charge was for July, which if that was true then i STILL paid my balance in full during the "extra month they give you to pay before charging interest."After being lied to about "submitting a request for approval" and being told it was denied not even a SECOND later by a snarky woman named 'Geena' and being transferred time after time, a "supervisor" said he will take the charge off but wanted to let me know that I'm still wrong. I don't know how long it'll take but it's still not off, so I have a feeling I'll be calling again as well as closing this account. Don't waste your time and money with this bank, all they do is screw you over.

My wife and I had to go to a Chase Branch to update our credit card that were originally issued by AARP. We have had nothing but great experiences with the Chase cards over the last 20 plus years. We made an appointment with Mike Nash and drove there from Buffalo NY. The process was handled expertly by Mike as we had forgot that years ago we had frozen our credit reports. Mike showed great care and compassion and resolved all our issues as efficiently as you can imagine. Thanks to his great help we were able to replace our old AARP cards with new Chase Freedom cards that offer the benefits we wanted. Great job MIke. If you had a branch in our area I would open a new account with you. Excellent ambassador for Chase.

Provided no assistance when it mattered the most. My online account locked because of a Chase generated false positive. I was forced to drive 5hrs to show up in person to a nearest branch. This branch offered nothing to assist.

I've been going there my whole time while in college. They are so kind and helpful. Also it's never a long line when I go. Walking distance/drive thru ATM. Although I wish they had a branch ATM.
