Cute little park. There are tables and a small playground for kids. I love the walk by the canal, the trail is a bit short though. The canal isn't the prettiest view but if you want a quick visit with nature I would recommend a stop here.Playground: Small playground, the swings are always good for all ages.Dog-friendliness: Lots of people bring their dogs here. This is absolutely welcome as long as you clean up after your dog!Picnic area: Small picnic area with a decent amount of seating. Good for picnics or get togethers.

This large, corner neighborhood park is ♿all grass surfaced with a thinly paved, foot-wide path that could be used to make it easier for getting ♿ wchairs around diff locations in the park. Although a canal side park, no ♿ access to it that I could find, but my limited mobility kept me away from the canal access. The canal can't be seen from inside the park, unless u walk a path through trees to get up to it, as many locals do to walk their dogs.2 dirt, stone parking lots, 1 on each street. Smith St lot is smaller & near the canal bridge. No bathrooms! (October visit). 3 sided fenced-in tennis courts (3), nice swing set with a variety of swing types, mulched large playground, garbage cans throughout, chair swing, a couple grills, few scattered picnic tables, though I don't recall a grill at the concrete-floored pavilion. Small pond with benches to sit & relax. A large bermed-in area near the canal & small swamp, with the paved path going towards the canal.Beautiful wide open park, with treed areas & lined with neighboring houses. Great rec resource!

Corbett Park is another one we visited in Brockport! Love the playground. Lots of slides, monkey bars, bridges, and swings. A bench swing for the adults too, while kids are having fun! Nice sized tennis courts. There is one large pavilion with about 8 picnic tables underneath it for shade, and quite a few more tables and benches strewn throughout the park. A cute little pond is off to the side, surrounded by benches, where ducks hang out waiting to be fed. There are no trails to explore in the park itself, but it does nestle right up to the Erie Canal, and the trail there is a just a hop, skip, and a jump away!
