Drive thru closed at 4:30 on a Saturday?Next I'm standing at the counter with two people within ten feet of me for 5 minutes, no one else is in the store, the two people behind the counter don't even acknowledge that they know I'm standing there....a simple "we will be with you in a minute" I have to ask if someone could help, then he tells me someone will be with me in a minute.Employee final comes up and tries to charge without the insurance I hand her the insurance where they have to start the process all over again , she gives it to someone else who takes another 10 minutes to plug the insurance in, we have been to CVS before so I'm not sure how the insurance information was not in the system.

I was kinda super nervous before the Rona shot # 1, so much so that I could hardly figure out how to enter my birthdate for the in person registration step. The check in host was capable and unflappable, which is just what I needed.
