They call me and tell me to come in to talk to the pharmacist before they’ll fill a prescription I’ve been taking. I ask to speak to the pharmacist over the phone but they say i have to come in. i tell them what time I’ll come that day. I show up, the powers down. Frustrating, but what can you do. Here’s the problem: they tell me to go down to a different CVS and talk to the pharmacist there. That pharmacist is at a complete loss of why they did that and tells me he can’t do anything and that they don’t even share a system. Awesome awesome awesome in terms of wasting time and gas and not getting the prescription I need.

Ve nice if yhe phone worked as a PHONE and not a voice mailbox. I want to talk to a real person not leave a voicemail that won't get returned for however lonh..specially when the pharmacy is OPEN!!!

Love what we can get from there but whoever was working last night April 14th, 2025 needs to work on their costumer service. Very rude over phone and in person.

I had two prescriptions to pick up for my lady of 40+ years. Only to find out they don’t take excellus anymore. We tried going in for a blood pressure reading they still couldn’t find out my ailment.

This CVS store is always clean and laid out well with prices and sales clearly marked. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great job with this store CVS!I always enjoy coming to this particular location.

Pharmacy staff is beyond rude and unhelpful. ONE good pharmacist too bad she has horrible staff supporting her. They are rude. Unhelpful. Do not do their job well and more.

the pharmacy acts like a phone call is too inconvenient to them. they seem like they cannot be bothered to do anything, they are straight up rude. do not use this pharmacy unless you want constant headaches.

Love the coupons and whole store atmosphere every employee (especially Morgan & Shannon) is outstanding except one miserable girl, short with brown curly hair named Amanda. She makes the shopping experience unpleasant ☹️ and because she is the last encounter on your way out, I give 1 star.

Issues constantly from them not having stock of common meds, miscounting my pills, issues with untrained staff not being able too pull up insurance I used earlier that day, I asked for the prescription number to transform them and they refused the pharmacist says they just call I really don't care if I ask for my info you should provide it.

I ended up having my medication sent here, normally have it sent to Wegmans but believed I could process a quicker transaction with them. Originally they didn't receive my prescribed medication no big deal. Asked how long it would be, they weren't sure so then asked if I would receive a phone call. They assured me I would. Over an hour later no phone call so I called urgent care to resend it. I called them to see if they received it after not hearing from them after another 45 minutes and they're closed. So I called the next day and they received and completed the order the night before but never called me. I would of left a one star review but the ladies the next day were friendly and courteous. Don't recommend using this pharmacy, a phone call is too inconvenient as they brush you off.
