The store is for the most part very clean and pretty well organized. Cashiers are very nice and helpful. Only complaints are the heat and the male manager. It's so hot in the store that I'm sweating just walking down one aisle and I can tell the workers are suffering. Thank god the cashiers have a fan. One day I was in there and heard the male swearing at an employee. I'm not sure if it was malice or just how he speaks but its very inappropriate. Other than the heat and swearing the store is very nice and I love coming here for quick dinners or crafting needs.

Today i went there to buy snacks and candy and the worker, TJ, was an absolute star! They bagged my groceries expertly and efficiently, even helped me with the bags. Idk how much they are getting paid but they definitely deserve a raise!

Remodeled layout of the store now is absolutely chaos. Never mind it's a messy but layoutof having a LONGER idle is ridiculous. I left without items I came for because the isle just don't flow appropriately. Am I the only one that feels this way about this?

Love this store
Brockport is so clean and organized and all the employees are so wonderful.
Between 1-10 it gets a 12....
Unlike Henrietta where you honestly would think would be awesome, it's a mess nothing is organized everything is everywhere employees are rude. Between 1-10..... -11
