Dunn Tire in Brockport was able to fix an alignment issue on my vehicle that I had for the past 2 years where my steering wheel and tires would shake terribly and pull to the right even after having some new tires put on years ago.
This issue was unable to be resolved from the Kia dealership I bought the vehicle from after nearly 5 alignment attempts at their location.
I am very grateful for their service that has finally resolved my issue that has been driving me crazy for so long. Their workers were very professional and appear to actually know what they are doing.

Awesome Fast and Efficient service. Completed the job in just over a half hour, bagged all my old tires and filled my spare. Packed everything neatly in the back of my car. Courteous, knowledgeable and Kind! Would recommend them for anyone! Thanks Guys!

I went to Dunn Tire in Brockport concerned my tire had a slow leak. They checked it out, fixed my tire, rotated my tires and had me out within the hour. Reasonably priced, great customer service, 5 stars

Friendly and patient with me. They gave me photos of rotors that failed inspection and gave me brake pads removed which were in good shape verifying my theory that GM rotors were likely faulty. Facility is very clean and waiting area and restroom clean and upgraded,. Replacement of rotors and pads very quickly and had me on my way.

Purchased 4 tires, 6 weeks later had a flat from a screw driven into a tire, about 4 weeks later had another screw driven in on another tire, (yes, I believe someone intentionally did it as I have taken the same roads for 15 years), and both times they repaired them no hassle. I even stopped in near closing, and they took care of my car. Very knowledgeable and service oriented.
