Great service. Had broke my rider and needed an upgrade and Joe Ryan helped me pick out the right zero turn for what I was looking to do. He made the paper work process easy and explained everything to me. Highly recommend this place

The service department is abysmal. Stay far away.[TL;DR]Took them 3 attempts to fix my 2017 Troy Bilt mower (which is an MTD product, the same as John Deere). They botched it every single time. Horrible communication, lazy technicians, and overly defensive receptionists. Gave nothing but excuses the whole time and no semblance of a timeline. Ended up having to pay a lawn mowing service to mow my lawn since the whole ordeal took almost 6 weeks from start to finish.[Full Review]LandPro took three rounds of "fixing" my machine, bringing it back and forth from my house to their shop since they kept missing things or plainly didn't test anything before they signed off on it to deliver it back to me.I hardly believe the technicians know or care what they're doing back there in the shop. I brought my machine in to be looked at for three things:1. The machine was creeping in all gears and the breaks weren't working2. the deck belt was too loose and costantly falling off3. the ignition switch wasn't working and I couldn't start the machine. All I wanted was for them to remedy those three things. They told me they could, and so I trusted them to do so. My first big mistake.Took them over two weeks to get the machine back to me and the first time I engage the blade, the deck belt flew off the pulley system. My thought was did they even touch the thing? Did they even test it out?My lawn was already well past due for a mowing, so I was a bit annoyed already. They delivered it on a Monday and promised it would be back by Wednesday. Hilarious. It took them over a week to get the machine back to me on round 2, and by that time, my lawn was an overgrown mess, practically unmowable. I ended up having to pay someone to come mow my lawn just to keep it under control. What's worse is that this second time, the delivery crew just plopped the machine at the end of my driveway. No notification or nothing. I just walk out one minute and there it was. I was hoping to test it again so I could verify they actually fixed it.I end up taking it out to mow a couple of days later and twenty minutes into the mowing session, the breaks stop working and the idle creeping came back. You can imagine how frustrated I was.I call up the service department again and get in touch with Jen. I told her that they messed up the deck belt issue and now the breaks don't work. I wanted a refund for the break repair because, plain and simply, they didn't do what I asked them to do, which was to fix the break problem. Jen was very unwilling to oblige that request, and I ended up asking to speak with the Manager. Turns out Jen is the manager. So I then ask to speak to the owner, Eric, whom apparently is never around and always "busy." Great. At this point, I was feeling near done with working them. I just wanted the money back for the services they failed to render and be on my way. But no, Eric ends up calling me the next day and tells me they want to see the machine again.Agitated, I complied with the request and yet but a third time, they took my machine. This was my second big mistake.Another week and a half goes by and my lawn is getting out of control again. I finally get a call from Jen saying that they want me to come down and test out the machine myself. I eventually go in to try it out and the breaks were *barely* stopping it. They told me there was nothing else they could do.All in all, my takeaways was that, after the first issue of needing to return the mower for the problem with the deck belt, the team at LandPro was consigned to getting me off their back. I was no longer worth their time.- Communication from the Donna and Jen in service was confusing, unhelpful and defensive.- Eric, the owner, is slippery as soap.- Technicians are either lazy or don't know what they're doing back there.- Apparently all they're capable of doing right is selling new units straight from the manufacturer. Don't count on them for post-sale service. There are tons of other options to go to in Rochester, s

Simply put, just a great company. I've been a customer for years. I've bought 2 lawnmowers and a snowblower here. Every time I've visited, everyone is professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Brought our snow blower in for repair last week. It was starting, but would die out within a minute. They told us we need the carburetor cleaned, despite my boyfriend telling them that it has a brand new carburetor. $157 later, they told us that didn't fix the issue and the next thing they can "try" is a new carburetor for $200. We declined this and decided to bring it home to mess around with it on our own. However, when we went to pick it up, it no longer started up at all. They somehow made it worse and expected us to pay full price. My boyfriend finally talked them down to $50 and we brought it home. My boyfriend did some googling and found that it could be a faulty spark plug. He changed the spark plug and now the snow blower works. It's hard to believe that the "professionals" at Landpro didn't think of such a simple and cheap fix. Safe to say we will take our snow blower elsewhere in the future, or just keep googling solutions since that's more effective than bringing it to Landpro apparently.

Spent 8 weeks determining that it was the ECM that needed to be replaced. Part costs $110, they wanted $650. Ended up having to pay $250 to just get my mower back so that I could fix it myself. Ridiculous.

My old rider mower has seen better days, so I was in market for a new one. Went to Landpro to see what they had and ended up buying a S-130 riding mower. I 'm preparing for next spring and hopefully got it before the price goes up and while there was still one at the store.

Been waiting over a month for a belt install. No communication, customer service is terrible. If you speak to Donna, expect to be brushed off and treated like a BOTHER!
