After years of using lowes as a supplier and countless issues with orders and attitudes from employees we have canceled our orders and will never be using lowes again. Employees at brockport location are absolutely incompetent and have terrible attitudes. But then again id be miserable to if I had to go sleep knowing im an adult and work at lowes 🤷♂️

Friendly, knowledgeable staff... huge selection. Almost intimidating it's so big but well marked to locate what you're looking for. If you still can't find it, ask any employee and they will quickly show you.

Like You Guys, Don't get me Wrong but..... How the Heck can you Sell "Craftsman Zero Turn Riding Mowers", But NOT SELL THE 'DECK PULLEYS' AND ALSO THE 'ARM TENSIONER BRACKET' OR THE 'SPRING' OR 'SHOULDER SPACERS'....

I ordered an air conditioner it came in aahead of time. I haven't set it up yet but the box is in excellent condition so I'm assuming the air conditioner will work fine when I have itinstalled

Great customer service by Aaron! Not only did he help my husband and me find what we were looking for, but when we got to the registers, I was so annoyed not seeing a cashier, but seeing 3 employees in the area, and I said, “Is there anyone who can cash us out?!!” He immediately said, “I can!” And jumped behind a register to assist us! He was happily chatting with us even asking about the home project that we were working on. It’s so nice to find such a congenial, hardworking young man! Well done, Aaron! Your immediate assistance and great personality turned what was sure to be an extremely annoyed customer into an extremely happy one! Thank you!

Not one cashier. All they have is self checkout lanes now. Real convenient to check out a hundred fittings that don't scan and they pay someone to watch you when they could be cashing you out 10 times faster. So I get to do their work for them with no discount and leave pissed off, Instead of the last face I see at their store telling me to have a good day. Home depot still has cashiers. Where has customer service gone?

takes the staff forever to get to any of the call buttons.
1/24 this popped up for me to update, just so happens I was in today and it just so happen the call button for electrical went off so long it just started saying 'electrical.' finally, I went over to see if I could help because I felt bad for how long it was taking.
Whenever you're there, ask for Neal. He knows everything about everything. The staff is all very nice but this guy takes the cake. I prefer Lowe's to home Depot because they don't limit the military discount

My husband I purchased bricks from the Garden Center placed onto pallets in which the tow motorists restacked nicely and placed in our dump trailer for us. They did an awesome job! Thank you to all who helped!

Your employee AJ is terrific and greatly helped us picking out a new grill yesterday. Not only did he explain the differences, benefits/features, but he helped us save 20% too! I appreciate him being able to cash us out and then load it into the back of our SUV. My wife and I cannot remember the last time we were in a retail store and we're treated with such professionalism and great customer service! Thanks so much Lowes Brockport....and AJ!!
