I was very pleased with the service. Angela was very knowledgeable about the different phones and their services. I've been with Straighttalk for over ten years, and only held on to it because getting them to release my number was always a battle. Angela was able to get my number "ported" over in minuets! I can't thank her enough, as now I have a 5g phone and amazing service!

Very disappointed, location took full advantage of my elderly mother, switched her service and had her leave with no phone as they blamed her new phone not being activated properly because of T-Mobile of which they are not part of? She purchased a new phone and service and left with no phone or service only to wait until the next day to see what could be done! Shame on them! Full refund or not, don't take advantage of elderly people!

Sunday 11:30am (maybe they open at 12 now and nobody updated their info) but they're closed. Tried calling but no answer. Now hiring sign on the window. Guess they're so short staffed that they had no one to open the store or someone is late.

The young lady was so nice and helpful. And even didn’t hesitate to take extra time to teach me how to use my new phone. I was with her for an hour and still was all smiles. She has great customer service a definitely be back

The Metro representative was amazing I told him exactly what I needed he listened and was very patient with me. I'm not very technical savvy so when it came to actually setting up my phone he walked me through the basic steps. And not only did he sell me an awesome phone but also offered the accessories at a very reasonable price I can honestly say I have no complaints and will definitely refer friends thanks

Very rude I walked in asked to purchase a SIM card for my sons phone as soon as he heard me say I was going to activate the phone online he instantly caught in attitude and told me it would be $25 for a $10 Sim card I know the card is $10 I called other metros and they told me it is only $10 so sad because I was actually going to upgrade my daughters phone so when iPhone too bad he missed that sell yes it may be convenient because I live in Brockport however I will go elsewhere to be treated better
