I wouldn't rent here again. The unit itself was fine. The customer service is non existent. One night the gate stopped working. No answer even on the after hours line... they got back to me days later. Another woman tried getting in that night, and she said once she was locked inside! No answer then either. When you have a question exorcist to wait multiple days for a response. Also, they don't prorate upon exiting, but they don't let you know that ahead of time (I would have moved out at the beginning of the month rather than the 10th if I had known). They do pro rate upon beginning a lease... which is strange. Just try somewhere else that is less expensive.

Very bad service they don’t answer any calls take weeks to get a hold of you most of their units have water leaks broken glass in front of a couple units

Great place, great access, and great price. Everything was so smooth. The door was auto so we didn't need to worry about anything. There was plenty of space for us to park our Uhaul. Their signing up process was so simple and easy. Everything was done online and they even let us sign the stuff through edoc. Love it.

I like this place. The people are nice. Security is great! They do need a better system in place for answering the phone calls and even though it is well lit out side. It is still difficult to see inside your storage at night. However they are very pleasant people and they can work with you on things too! I feel safe when I am here and feel my stuff is safe also.
