I belong to PF in Brockport, N.Y. I love my PF. Everyone there is great! The trainers I've worked with know what they're doing and answer any questions I have which helps me understand why the exercise I am doing works. Kam (who's since moved on in life to another great position in another state) and Nick are wonderful. The equipment is all I need to accomplish my goals. The facility is clean. It's where I'm supposed to be. Thank you! Donna Smith

Planet fitness is a very clean facility. They have plenty of equipment. The bathrooms and showers are very clean. My only complaint, is people who are on their phones texting well just sitting on a piece of equipment. It really has nothing to do with planet fitness. However I wish they would reinforce no cell phone texting leave the outside world outside your workout.

This is me lounging in the Hydro massage bed watching a video of different beaches around the world on the TV screen, which is also a modulator for my massage specifications. I love this place.

People are always sitting on machines looking at their phone while others wait to use them. Staff does not monitor this and should. Machines have been broken for weeks and not serviced. Very clean place. Staff is nice. They just should walk around and tell people if they are on the machine they should be using it and not on their phone.

Small gym with minimal weight lifting equipment. When equipment breaks down, it’s usually out for weeks or months!!!! Friendly staff, good atmosphere.

The Brockport NY Planet Fitness club is well run and maintained. I have worked out at many gyms over the years and can definitely recommend them.
