Matineance doesn't fix very much. My one bedroom is 755 a month which sucks. I keep asking matinance to fix stuff their response is fix it yourself. pple respond the first month they got their "new apartments" but after, heard from then???? Their matineance doesn't even fix anything like i said its fix it yourself they respond we will get it but they never do. I go to the office to pay rent and their times are off obviously bc they're gone early to go home like we can't rely on this place just move on
