Went to spectrum at the end of October to change our carrier from another carrier to Spectrum. I ordered a phone with more memory space and was told it would be 2-3 days…. I went back a week later ( no one called like they said they would) and find out that they “sold” the phone I ordered, so they had to reorder the phone…. It’s been four weeks, (was told it would take another 2-3 days) I’ve gone in once a week for an update (again no one knows how to call or communicate in this place apparently) I stopped in this past Wednesday and was told the phone was in Henrietta…I didn’t know it takes 4 days to come from Henrietta to Brockport… last I knew it was a 30 minute drive with bad traffic…Reporting this to BBB, and also escalating to the top of spectrum. Daves customer service skills are sub par at best and makes useless excuses. Highly recommend you DONT work with him.

Christopher. Florin. Tristin. Christine Julie. Helped me tremendously I had a big problem and they all came together as a team to help me solve my issues together. Great customer support and service from all of the Brockport NY team. And very very pleasant and patient with me. They solved my so unusual situation. I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone for like 6months or more and they won’t/can’t do it because of some problem on their end!! Unacceptable getting ready to change everything to a different carrier; mobile phones, internet and cable!!! Been with them for yeeaaarrss

Well I switched to spectrum mobile a few months back , and yes it saved me a few bucks but maybe I'm missing something about there 5 g service , I should add my endless collection of screenshots with 0 bars of service. So yes we live in a world where you can claim to provide a service where ppl pay you and you don't deliver the service you claim to provide. I will be forcing them to break my contact and try service elsewhere

Everyone at this location was friendly and helpful! These 5 stars are for the staff. Tristan helped us SO much with our Mobile issues and upgrades! He's the best!After talking to so many different support reps on the phone and being turned away by Henrietta staff every time I visit that location, Tristan at the Brockport store cleared up so many problems I was having and helped me get the services I wanted.

The staff are always helpful and usually never wait time.. if need to pay bill quick have self serve walk up touch screen available just need your bar code on your bill, even if there are ppl waiting for service you can walk up and peace out in minute

I recently purchased an iPhone 14 ProMax. I had difficulties at first with everything being transferred from my old phone to my new, and I was feeling very frustrated. Spectrum came to my rescue. Tristan Delfox at Spectrum is now my go-to man. He had everything straightened out and working properly with no effort at all. He is so knowledgeable and knows what needs to be done with the task at hand. I was a happy camper when I left the Brockport store that day. Since then, I have revisited Spectrum and went right to Tristan with any questions I had with my phone. He has always been willing to help and I always leave the store happy ?. Thank you Tristan!

I think the guys name was Jeff. He was amazing! They knew our issue and our family by name. It took a couple different part to make our internet work but it's been great since. The service here was so great. We had plenty of questions and he answered all of them patiently.
