“Chris C. adeptly diagnosed and repaired an engine oil leak on our 2006 Impala. He went the extra mile to thoroughly clean the engine to exactly identify and repair the oil leak. We are so happy to have that trusty car keeping the engine oil inside the engine and not making a mess in the garage and elsewhere.”
“I have been bringing my vehicles here for quite a few years. Normally, it's just an oil change and nothing else this past year I have had a few things go wrong with my vehicle, and they have repaired them in a timely manner and really took good care of me and my vehicle I really appreciate them, I would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone I know”

“I have been a customer with 6 different cars over 30 years. Scott & his team run a great shop. Miriam & all support staff give excellent customer service. Tim, a young & talented mechanic is learning from the best. Mechanics with the ability to listen to their customers & keep us safe are vital. Sure, the computer chips tell them a lot now days to diagnosis. However, with Rochester area winters, road salt, conditions of our roads & the complexities of the modern vehicle, Scott's no nonsense style and superb knowledge, experience & understanding of all things mechanical, he has saved me countless hundreds of dollars & stress. The level of respect for all of his customers & efficient operation, including a busy, vital, 24/7/365 tow division with hard working, skilled technicians....Nichol's is the best. CALL & TRUST THEM.”
